Playing level 2 won me a game at my weekly tonight to finish #1 overall on the night, in my Iden vs his Krennic. This is EXACTLY the kind of content I was hoping for when I mentioned deck techs sometimes warping the meta ( on the most recent podcast vid). Perfect video to open minds. winning TCG games is not mainly luck. It requires a lot of thinking. I like the "just play level 0" if your opponent is playing 2 levels above you. That is going to be my plan from now on 😂

This was a great video, thanks! Deck techs are cool, but I would rather see these overarching strategy type videos. One of my favorite things to do in this game (building on your closing statement) is to analyze why my opponent passed and determine that it is detrimental to me to attack, so I take the initiative and give up some damage to ruin their play
I love it! My mantra is always to make the play that makes my opponent most annoyed!
This is such a fantastic resource for players of all skill levels. 👏

Im new to tcg. But i have to ask. You said he passed. And then he played cards after passing.but begore refreshing. Aint pass a pass until refresh?
No you can pass, but if your opponent passes or takes initiative then you can't take any more actions
@@SWU_KTOD can you take initiative and still play? Or is initiative a hard pass action. But passing beeing a part of the strategy was interesting
