Great cook on the Blackstone E-series. I live in an apartment with no outdoor cooking, I have this E-Series indoor griddle and it is great.

Got mine and it's great from breakfast to dinner. Had to buy another for the mom to get the stamp of approval. She loves it, but had the same minor complaints you did. The lid. If you're cooking something that's generating allot of steam, it'll drip water down the sides & back onto your countertop. Also we both sensed a temperature difference across the surface. Not significant, but noticable. It's located center-left/right where the coils don't run. Nitpicking I know but still great. 8.7/10

Seems to slant towards the front too much. The hotter it gets the more it lifts up in the back and slants forward for some reason.

For the money this thing seems just a little too "janky" for my taste . . . I can do all these same things on my $25 Big Lots griddle. Anyway, nice video, thumbs up.

Yes, I do. My biggest complaint is how insecure the lid feels, but it's still a great griddle.

Cool the bacon at 375 and out adhesive stickers on front legs to angle it down

How do u know when it has reached the temp you set?

The bars on the screen will fill up completely when it reaches the temperature you set.
