Not in this case as it can be seen clearly that the fingerprint scanner is damaged..that’s why it isn’t able to read the fingerprints correctly..and so, registering a new fingerprint won’t also be possible as the ultrasonic scanner is damaged..
@@aadilshahir7175 what's the proof that the scanner is damaged? One should atleast try making it work and then if it fails it should be labled damaged, no?
Chris Tmg You can see from the video that after the screen gets cracked, the reader fails to read an already registered fingerprint which shows that it is damaged..Also, the technology used for the in display fingerprint scanner in flagship Samsung phones which is an ultrasonic type works with a mechanical pulse emitted out of it which helps in scanning the ridges and pores of the finger and it’ll get damaged if the scanner portion of the screen is damaged like it is shown in the video!!!
@@aadilshahir7175 I am not sure about that. It seems that the sensor actually detected his attempt to unlock the phone using fingerprint judging from the message saying "no match". The matching failed probably because the cracks affected the way the ultrasonic waves travel through the glass, thus affecting the mapping image received as it bounced off the ridges of your finger in a different way. Perhaps I am wrong, but just trying to register your fingerprint again would immediately let us know if the sensor is truly broken or not.

I think the shatter with the first drop in Note 20 Ultra has to do with the display being curved which leave more display area prone to damage. iPhones have huge flat display with bezels and broader frame which might have saved the front glass for longer time. Or may be the Note fell on the bottom corner and corner drops always hurt the displays significantly compared to flat drop. But impressed with either phones' durability anyway.

Is that a car audio capacitor?
It is the oly tima and the last time i feel like i want to beg for something 😓when i see these videos 😥 i just want to have a new phone but how my work doesn't pay too much
I've had plenty of phones Note being my fav overall. I'll give iPhone credit for once at least it took 4ft test to crack. With that being said I WOULDN'T TRUST ANY HIGH-END GLASS PHONE WITHOUT A CASE 🤷🏾♂️.
