Excellent and clear delivery of information my friend, long time pocket change collector myself and this was by far one of the best and to the point videos I've seen hands down! You have my subscription bud and looking forward to viewing a few more . 🤘

Title is nearly clickbait honestly “find in pocket change” ... highly HIGHLY unlikely to find a proof coin in pocket change. 6/7 coins in your list are proof errors.
Hm... if it is a regular 1950 Quarter the silver content makes it worth a little over $3. So I'd probably hold onto it unless you know someone in person who would make a quick swap for cash. Best of luck selling it!

Hey there buddy I wanted to say I like your videos I find them very informative I have several collectors and curators that I watch on UA-cam and you're doing great I like your format
I found a 1965 Roosevelt Dime...no mint marking....but what makes it weird, is the edges.....its smooth like a nickel or penny.... it doesn't have the ridges like regular dimes. The other thing is that 5 in the 1965 is "scrunched" into the face of the dime. Can you tell me anything about this coin?
great video. sir TT can you pls.help me regarding the 1988d dime thay have one last dime in my pocket. the is issue is whem look around the side of coin it is color bronze and when u take a look front and back it is not center. i hope u will help me and to find auctions.thanks
I found a 2006 P dime that presents like a "black beauty" nickel. Gorgeous blue/black even over the entire coin with clean , lustrous fields. (Mine also has a small obverse misalignment to k7) Is your reeded edge off looking? Mine looks like it's 96% copper core with a silvery black bar on top and bottom - these are even and look nothing like any edge examples of CuNi clad dimes. 2.249 grams on calibrated scale 17.8 mm diameter with digital caliper 1.2 mm thick with digital caliper My thought is that the punched core wasn't scoured before bonding with the nickel. If oxidation happened in the annealing oven, it could turn them black Or the binding went right, but the heat of the annealing oven caused the copper molecules to migrate to the surface. This could explain why there is a silvery surface under the black-seen at highest points of hair and anywhere there may be a contact mark. What do you think? Please let me know!
Hello I have a 1980 D mint. I have been looking all over to find. I am sure I have a miss print. 4 letters in liberty are messed up. The I is almost completely gone. There is very few lines and wave in the hair. Like a little pin hole by the hair line. And looks like cut short by the right side by the head. Please help. Be cool if I found one

Good video. Today, March 8, I received in change an extremely thin dime. A 2016-P.. It appears that the planchet was thin to begin with. The obverse looks good, but on the reverse the torch and leaves are perfectly raised, but the entire rim has barely been struck with all the letters barely readable. this is obviously an error but I'm at a loss as to what to call it, except a thin-planchet dime. What say you on this one?
Glad you enjoyed. Take a look at this article: www.coinworld.com/news/us-coins/2015/02/collectors--clearinghouse--legitimate-error-or-altered-coin-.all.html and let me know if that is what it is. If so, it appears that it isn't worth a ton more than face, but I don't know the severity of the error. If you want, you could also post to reddit (r/coins) and get an opinion. There have been reports of dime sheets of metal being used to mint quarters and the ensuing super-thin quarters were collectible, but I don't know about thin dimes as there shouldn't be anything thinner. Keep me updated!

It could be an error John. You have to see if it is PMD (post-mint damage) or if it was originally made that way.
