Just posted a new update video - 2 YEAR performance review here: ua-cam.com/video/CnQ0piA6t54/v-deo.html
Definitely one of the best apps to use for a beginner in investing.
especially great for people that can't budget or invest big amounts
What are the top 3 from best to least?
oh cool I'm starting out good to know!
*I'm so happy trading with Mrs Mary she's different from others. I always made withdrawal of $15,000 every week of trade, God bless you.*
*her method works like magic I keep on earning every single week with her new strategy.*
This woman changed almost everything about me.
Not possible is this real? I don't trust crypto investment again
I have been loosing lot's of inputs How can i join? I have no knowledge about crypto trading
You are just too legit keeping your words, $20,000 profit received in my coinbase wallet thank you so much Mrs Mary
I FEEL LIKE THE HOLE SEASON IS OVER, I'M TRYING TO GET INTO TRADING AS A ROOKIE, BUT I'VE HAD SO MUCH LOSS0 TRYING TO TRADE ON MY OWN, PLEASE WHAT STRATEGIES DO I NEED TO EARN PROFITS FROM THE MARKET came here to learn how to trade after
listening to this video lI'm still confused,
I'm a newbie and I'm open to ideas..
The best strategy to use in
trading is to trade a professional who
understands the market quite well, that
way maximum profit is guaranteed.
Because I have learned along the way
of my investment that research and
analysis are important, note that
experience is more needed, than luck
when it comes to the financial market.
This Bitcoin trading has
set sail. I honestly cannot
overemphasize how much delving into
Bitcoin trading has helped saved and
changed the lives of many.
most tinmes it amnazes me greatly the
way I moved fro an average lifestyle to
earning over $62k per month, utter
shock is the word. I have understooda
lot in the past few years to doubt that
opportunities abound in the financial
markets, The only thing is to know
where to focus.
Interesting.. how did you do it? I could
use some help over here too, My Crypto
picks have been depressingly bad Tbh
I'm in need of a good investment plan
currently, I still have a lump sum in a
savings account yielding next to
nothing. Do you have more clues that
could help?
she's available on FB
I’ve been using acorns for 3 months. I send 400 thru recurring to my invest. I also use multiplier 2x.. It works great!
Nice!!!!
Is it easy to cash out when you need to? I just started using this today.
@@adamsalchenberg779 you'll probably be taxed, it's investing so whatever you gain you'll be responsible to pay uncle Sam if and when you take out with profits
@@WetFarts94 can you please explain on why
Just don't do the promotional bonuses they never pay
I may do this and just do the round up option to let it go. I’ve got mutual funds I’ve invested in through BB&T and 401Ks, but this may be a nice one to add to it.
You explain this app a whole lot clear than most other bro. THANK YOU 💯
Glad you like it!
Funny how I was super intentional to look into this today only to find my favorite designer/Model doing a review on the Acorns, great video Leo, definitely got a better understanding about the app.
haha I try to do it all! hope it was helpful!
@@LevitateStyle I love it and yes thank you!
Just stumbled on this. I thank God I got my act together and took my investments seriously. It’s not been easy but getting into the market turned out to be rather rewarding.
Always a good time to start learning about investing
Good reading this. I’m just starting out. Is there a process to this?
@@brandongait2234 like I stated, I've been putting aside money into stocks and with the assistance of a seasoned-trade analyst, Levi Clemans, who is under a licensed broker. He has been the backbone of my trades. Making a substantial amount of profit, I just renew my investment.
@@brandongait2234 Leviclemans(a)Gmai
Lcom...Is he taking commissions for trades? Yes, I’m I still making money in the process? Hell yes!
It’s been to my utmost satisfaction trading with Clemans, he is ever consistent with his results.
I have mine set at moderate for the last 3 years but I’ve started my children accounts and put them on aggressive.
Aggressive children haha
Levi! I have acorns and I kind of get the hang of it now but which app would you recommend to invest in more?
I been using acorns since 2018 and I love it
Nice!
Did you happen to mention that there is a subscription fee as well ? From 3-5$ .. Or did they not have that when you signed up ? I recently changed mine from 5$ for family to $3 individual Acct . Please respond!
Good review! I saw Graham Stephan do a breakdown on Acorns too, really good as a set it and forget it app especially for people new to investing
Exactly! Glad you like it!
Nice work brother!💰🙌🏼
Thank you for the Straight Forward Video
So where does my money go? Where does it get invested in? How do I make more money?
Thank you for explaining how Acorns works.
How much did you make for the year
Thanks so much for this. I was wondering about the fee. Now I have to go and look at which one I am in. Next question is, did u have a hard time linking your bank and cards? Only one of my bank linked and nothing else did. I'm getting frustrated.
I did not have a hard time - it was a simple process
Can't be upset with 18% at all
Hello there! So I’m doing moderate, but I have to choose between Core Portfolio or ESG Portfolio and idk which one to pick. Did you have to pick one?
I have core portfolio because that was the only option 2 years ago.
Been investing since 2018 and let's just say it works there's really no secret to it you just have to stick with it...
Thanks for letting us know your experience. I'm blessed to be able to put in a decent amount monthly and I just want to let it gain appreciation for at least a decade
Thank you for sharing us your experience
What kind of gains my friend?
@@donlothario8584 won't say what gains but I'll say it's worth it you just have to stick with it. I'm just a simple guy that works a simple 9 to 5
@@marknealy4780 nice broh 👍👍
I chose the moderately aggressive option when I signed up a week ago however I want to change it to aggressive. When I tried to make the change I received a message to consult an advisor for taxes? Did you have to do anything extra to change your settings? Does it effect anything that you were doing inside the app outside of the amount and area your money is being distrubuted?
I have not changed my investment options so I did not get that message. Do your own research - I'm not 100% sure maybe when you change your option they sell your shares and invest it in the new portfolio so you could be taxed on the gains
Levitate Style , how much taxes do you pay on the gains for that year .
Thank you 🙏 💪💯!
great video! very well explained content man
Glad you like it!
Definitely going to start using this app once I turn 18
Nice!
I’m with you. I’m 18 and today I made a bank account because of this app.
How do you take money out of your account ? I've heard they make it really hard ...... and what if you die and had 500,000 in your account, where does that money go, do they even touch on subject ?
Good breakdown of the app. Thats a good challenge. #SetItandForgetIt
Glad you like it!
My Mom also chose to shop and get points thru her CC. Good decision
Am stuck help...am trying to link my banck account witg acorn but its not taking my pass word or my username
That's the only downside of acorns is that it's slow??
It's OK I'm fine with that. It's a marathon not a sprint. The fact that after 1 year u put in around 1,000. That's not bad.
Yeah it’s definitely a safer and slower option - 19% growth vs my robinhood the highest I was at 69% growth
Yeah I just wanna be able to have extra little money for myself. I already have money in my savings from every paycheck putting 100$ every time. So that's 1 savings. & I figured this app could be another savings account but grow little by little. Again through investing..
@@T3l3MuNd0 great way to start! 👏🏼👏🏼
@@T3l3MuNd0 this way is also stress free haha you don’t have to check it everyday or monitor different companies
@@LevitateStyle yup exactly. I'm around 230$ into the account but like a good 40ish $ came from the round ups I was using my card buying items. & when I got lil divided added to it, I was shocked but also happy I gained that much from nothing...
Song name?
Great video
Glad you like it!
I have a question is it like Stash and you have to use their card for the round ups? or does it link to existing debit cards?
I don't have Stash so I am not familiar about that. Acorns is linked to my bank accounts - rounds up my credit card purchases and deposits from my checking account. Hope this is helpful!
Excellent thanks
so what happens if the stock market crash to your acorn account?
I think you still have your shares in the stocks/portfolio invested. The aggressive one is 55% in VOO
If markets crash you just hold, worst thing to do is the loss from the crash then paying the tax man to pull out a fraction of it. Let it bounce back over time
I have a question, so when you get a paycheck from a job, do you invest some money (like for-say $5) from that to Acorn???
Not your paycheck exactly. Just $5 for example from your bank account. And also it’ll round up your purchases each time like $.23, $.45 and once that round up total hits $5 it’ll deposit and invest
@@LevitateStyle so is it basically just a place to store money in like excess change its not going take out unnecessary amount without ur consent???
@@Ananda_20 yeah you set it up - if you rewatch the video I explain that I do $5 every Saturday (weekly) and then the normal round up
when i looked at the time on your phone it was 4:20 and its also 4:20 rn where im at lol
Of course your constantly investing an giving money. But we're are all the gains. What are you getting back. All I here is how many ways the consumer gives money.
Below beginner question: You spent about $820 and the app made you an extra ~$156 so your portfollio is now worth $976? And how much of it can you withdraw? Does Acorns take out a fee? How much is it?
I believe I should be able to withdraw all of it - it would basically sell out my shares in the portfolio like in my case VOO. Not sure if there's a fee for withdrawing and closing out my account since I haven't tried it yet but I can't imagine it being a lot since this is not a retirement account so there shouldn't be heavy fines.
You won’t get a fee, but you get taxed on the gains when you file your taxes. The app is only $1 a month for the investment portfolio.
You get taxed based on income brackets..
Great video, but……This is weird…….
I have $2,300 invested into Acorns and only got a $15.00 gain, how did you get over a $100.00 gain with not even $1,000 invested?
I been in Acorns for 8-9 months now.
what is your market gain/loss percentage? Mine was 18% at the time of this video a year ago. 5:25 mark you'll see my gain was at 18.20%
Feel free to use my referral link and get $5 in Acorns: share.acorns.com/lhwchan?advocate.partner_share_id=8151603279473989829
So using this is better than putting money into my savings account???
You don’t really earn much at all in savings - it’s good to have emergency fund
@@LevitateStyle okay awesome man. I just downloaded this app today. Thx for the video bro!
I understand that it’s an investment and we can lose the money that we are investing. My question is if we can ever go negative and actually owe money to Acorns?
No. No margin(borrowing). You can only lose as much as you invest(deposit).
@@elonmuskrat9244 thank you so much for explaining to me. I was a little scared thinking I was going to be negative and I can’t afford that right now.
so a acorn debit card or just invest???
Invest
How to get your money out ?
I haven't done it yet but there's a withdraw option right at the top
It takes about a week to withdraw your money.
Tip for any investment tool: The very first thing you should do is put something in and immediately take it out, just to see how/if it works.
@@thisguy4505 thanks
ok so you invested $900 and gained $150 in one year is this what you saying
So investing $5 a week ($240 a year) you recieved almost a $1,000 in return?
4:15 mark - my return was 18%, I contributed $5 per week and it’s also routinely rounding up purchases
4:44 there’s round up investments, recurring investments
Thanks for the reply
👍👍👍
Very good review but I wish you were a little more truthful in the area where you show your invested amount towards the end of you scrolling you can see you invested 100 dollars once still though a 18% inverse is crazy great tool to support
Literally in the beginning around 1:24 mark it shows reoccurring investment $5 and I mentioned I invest $5 every week. Not sure if the app just shows my invested amount or just my activities
Around 4:30 mark it shows my total so I don’t understand what you are saying…did you even watch the video?
I’m total beginner. Did round up to $1 feature and $5 every Friday and it looks like it’s charging me the $3
Did you figure this out? The $3 charge is most likely rounding up your recent purchases all together
@@LevitateStyle How do use the $ you make? I’m just leaving it in over time to see what happens but…I think I need to Rewatch video 😂
@@tonygareth221 I haven't cashed out yet - this video was only my first year using it. I'm uploading a new video soon showing my 2nd year performance
I believe they are charging 3$ a month fee now. I’ve been in since October and they have taken 3$ each month
@@Breal01 I didn’t know that. Should I stay with them or is there a better option? I’ve only got $200 in my accnt but I haven’t been using them very long. I wonder if that’s all my money or if some of it is extra $ meaning it didn’t come from my $5 weekly deposit or from the roundups
It's still overrated when compared to Fidelity, Charles Schwab, or SoFi. No monthly account fees, better performing aggressive ETFs, and lower expense ratio.
Prime example is a Roth IRA with Fidelity. A combo of FNILX & FZILX and pay no fees (account fees nor expense ratio fees). Also that combo in an 80/20 split outperforms Acorns' aggressive portfolio.
hello sir, getting new into this and want to save for my future (im 22) and interested in opening a roth ira, may i ask how you came up with FNILX & FZILX? thank you.
@@Xinxqy I used the Boglehead 3-fund portfolio, but took out bonds since they are not beating inflation recently. I also backed tested which percentage mix of stocks (USA vs International) yields the most balanced retirement portfolio.
Follow me on *Instagram* for DAILY OUTFIT inspo and updates!!! instagram.com/levitatestyle/
Do this through a acorn debit card or just can invest monthly?????
can you actually get rich off of this fairly quick?
No this is definitely a long term, low risk growth
in life with money, there's three things
1) money
2) risk
3) time
you can only choose two, not three, while sacrificing a lot of the third thing. if you want to get rich quick, it takes a lot of risk. if you want to get rich with little risk, it takes a lot time. if you want to take up risk for a long time, you sacrifice a LOT of money in the long run.
choose wisely
I’m not making a lot to keep this Aggressive Acorns account. I’m shutting it down
hi
Jesus loves you
Are u guys being paid bc he definitely did not use this for 1 year. Straight click bait!
No I'm not paid for this at all. If it was sponsored - legally I would have to annouce that and have fine print in the video description etc. If you watched the video... 6:12 mark I scrolled through the year to show how my account was growing and investing, I didn't show completely from the video recording from Feb 2020.
