This week I successfully finished my first shift in CHARGE of the evening shift as an anesthetist, organized my spring and summer knitting projects, learned a new cast on, and cast on my FIRST adult-sized garment!!!! 🎉 and mopped the floors. 😅
I've been organizing and purging this week and was able to make a huge dent in my craft space! My husband and I share a room that is both office and craft🙃. We are re-decorating and it was time to purge paper crafting supplies to make room for my yarn stash!🙃 Organizing is my thing and I feel so accomplished with the progress I've made! 🤗. Love the give-way, my fave movie of all time and that Dorothy progress keeper- I can't even!!!!! ❤. Thanks for all you share, I'm a loyal fan! 😉
This week my accomplishment I am most proud of is that I finally purged the excess from my craft room. Also tackled my youngest son's room and we were able to decide on toys to give away. It has been the week of cleaning!
My husband passed away in September and this week I have finally accomplished a great task. Getting all the banking in my name. Now, I can get back to my knitting.
My accomplishments are quite small this week. I had COVID a few weeks ago and are still struggeling with my energy levels. So simply working and taking care of the kids is difficult at the moment. So doing the small things I would say. I do like this kind of video.
I’m visiting my mom this week and have been trying hard to keep my mouth shut. My mom is very opinionated and her way is the only way. Thankful for all the knitting I have gotten done while here which has helped me keep my mouth shut.
This week I have successfully met my step count goal each day. I'm really proud because I've barely moved in months. I also passed my 60th day of not smoking after 40 years. I can sing again! At least a bit.
Hi everyone. It’s been a bit overwhelming here with elder care and work woes. During this week I prioritized my self-care by working each day on my slouchy sock (also tried something new with this new pattern). ❤ It has been just what I needed to stay grounded. So glad you were able to get organized Natalie. Loved this video
My accomplishment this week was to keep going with a positive attitude. My husband is a cancer patient. We are grateful for each day we are given. ❤ Thanks for your cheery videos. They give me joy!
@@sharbear1968 I am so sorry you are also in our “club”. I started making hats for other cancer patients while sitting in my husband’s treatments. It has helped me so much to feel I am helping someone else. I am adding you and your hubby to my prayers 💕
This week I accomplished my first carpentry project of hexagon shelves. I hung them above my desk today and while I was watching this video I kept looking up to admire my work!
This week I hit my weight loss goal! I'm down 120lbs🎉 . This inspired me to order my first hand dyed yarn to make myself a top with "the good yarn" I've been avoiding.
I'm in a mood to declutter as well! Today I finally accomplished donating a bunch of baby items to a nonprofit in my city that assists new immigrants. Got everything organized during baby's nap and we dropped it all off this morning 👍 Also- as someone from KS I can't help but love the Wizard of Oz theme there!
This week I successfully finished the mockup to a sweater dress to test a pattern that I’m going to make for a runway for charity in 2025, I feel very accomplished 😎 to celebrate I bought more yarn 😅 good on you for taking control of your yarn stash, you are an inspiration!
This week I went to a dance class for the first time in 6 years and allowed myself to be a newbie again and not get in my head about it. It felt amazing to get back into something I love and give back to myself
This week I am spending precious knitting time cleaning, sorting books and games that grandchildren have outgrown, dusting and organizing yarns. Clean walls, no dust, feeling like I have earned a 😇 halo! Enjoy your travels, and yes, fun to watch outside!😊😅
I unpacked a box from our move almost seven years ago. My husband finished the bookcase we have been discussing since we moved after retirement. The positive part of waiting so long is the wood used in most of the bookcase is from a tree that fell in the side of our yard. I think you are doing great living in such a small home on wheels and being organized.
This week I accomplished a walking 4 miles. This is the longest I have walked in one shot in a long time so I am proud of myself. Good job with all of the organizing. I hope it brings you peace and space in your mind and life.
I gathered all of our tax forms together and will set an appointment to file our taxes. I completed a child blanket for donation. I made great progress on a crocheted plarn (yarn made from plastic shopping bags) mat to donate to the homeless feeding program. And, finally completed one half of another knit blanket for one of several new grand nieces & grand nephews. Thanks for sharing your life with us, Natalie (Kent & Toaster)!
I provided hospice services to the family of my dear friend who passed away. Then I slept in a few days and picked up my socks to knit the stress away. Loved this episode. It’s nice to see all that yarn.
This week I was able to get doctors appointments for my special needs son set up and the big one for me was starting my first pair of socks. I have been a knitter for 20 +years and finally convinced myself that I can do socks.
This week, we decluttered our upstairs "play room" - So many memories of our kids as small children - Passing along a ton (possibly literally) of fun, usable stuff to others & shedding all the random pieces/broken things! Phew!
Such a nice video! 💕 Since my son was born 2,5 years ago I was struggling a bit. Felt I wasn’t doing things right or a lot in doubt. More and more I am feeling trust in myself. This week I came to the realization that everyone is (sometimes) struggling in life, and I feel more trust in myself. That feels so good, I actually are proud of myself for doing it all🙏🏻 ❤
This week I set boudaries at work - for my personal and mental health I decided I am only working my 8 hours a day and then I am shutting work down and spending time with my cats and husband. In addition to that, I also have learned how to crochet a chair cushion one of my first crochet projects! Thank you Knitty Natty for all the content you produce! You have helped inspire my making journey!
This week I finally organised the paperwork for the accountant for a tax return, it was a chore! Thank you for this video it has motivated me to clean up my craft desk as I am bit overwhelmed with the mess 😮
This week I started a mobility stretching routine! Being able to move well is really important to me, not only for my future, but because of my day-to-day right now! It was my quality of life goal for this month -- so glad to have started!
I love a good organizing session! This week I accomplished getting my milk supply back up after it suffered to mastitis. During my pump sessions, I was able to finish 2 pairs of socks. I’m finding a lot of joy in gifting hand-knits and quilts lately, so I had a cast-on party immediately after 😊
This week I learned two new stitches M1L, M1R and how to read gauge. I know this is a small thing for most of you but I’m so proud of myself 😊. Thank you Natalie for all the yarn store videos. I love watching you, Kent and Toaster is such a sweetie.
I loved watching this video...I really love your videos where you are just organizing or talking to us. This week I've sewed in a million of ends for the 50 granny squares I've made.
One thing I accomplished this week? My goal was to be halfway done with my advent blanket project by the end of February vacation. I am more than halfway done! 🎉 Great episode, thank you for sharing. I think all knitters go through this and it is nice to know that we are not alone. 😆
I've been so busy and realize how much I've missed your podcasts. I loved your comment about even lots of good things around you can become clutter. This week I got two drawers completely emptied and kept only what I use, donating or recycling the rest. Feels so good to open that previously overflowing drawer. As always thank you for sharing your travels and your knitting.
This week I have accomplished many things. I woke up each day with a smile on my face, I made progress on my sweater that has been on my needles for months., I am closer to knitting my perfect socks, learned a new sock heel, and most importantly made memories with my kids.
We just flew in from Iceland and I got all our laundry done. Then I was able to knit on my socks from the special color way. Thanks for entertaining me while I did laundry
I finished 2 February knitting projects just in time for the end of month. Thanks for taking us along on your travels - I’m enjoying the outdoors podcasts very much.
Hello from Swansea, Illinois. This week I finished knitting a new pair of socks and started organizing my new craft room and putting my yarn into storage.
I babysat three kids and cleaned a lot of the house for a family of 11;) and taught school to 4 beautiful homeschoolers. This video was so fun! I love organizing and so love this sort of content
Hi. Something I accomplished...will take one from knitting: I restarted a scarf that I had messed up and even a lifeline couldn't save me. I started over and have now gotten past the point where I had to tear it out before. That is a win! Thanks ~
It’s been a busy work week, but I’ve finally had a few hours at home child free to get on top of life - washing caught up, house cleaner and now some peace and quiet to knit!
Thank you so much for sharing your process of replanning and making decisions on your stash. You should be really proud of yourself, lots of hugs to you all xx
Hi Natalie, Kent and Toaster. Wow Natalie you did an amazing job going through all your yarn and your projects to decrease your things in the van. I found my son and his girlfriend a new home as he is moving from the other side of Australia back home to Perth. My son helped look online at rentals but my husband and I went out to see the homes. It was hard work and exhausting but so glad we found them a home. We can't wait to have our son back home. Thankyou Natalie and Kent. Take care in your travels.
I finished my first pair of colorwork socks! It was a pattern by Summer Lee design co and it was little boxes socks! They were so fun and simple colorwork. And they ACUTALLY FIT!!😃
This week I got a head start on the garden with a couple of hours of weeding, and I got another hat finished in colorwork for a charity that gives winter outerwear to children who need it. My goal is to average one hat per week. It was fun to watch your decision making and organizing process. And seeing Toaster made it even better. What a sweet dog! 🙂
This week I actually completed my Advent Blanket inspired by Toaster's blanket. I used an Advent from 2020 and added at least one colour each day. Im so proud of myself for completing it 😊
This week, I actually started a project I’ve been putting off for a week. I also took time out to get my car fixed and cook meals for the rest of the week. I’ve been feeling overwhelmed for the last few weeks and have made the effort to journal. Thank you for helping me realize I’ve gotten so much done already!
I loved hanging out with you during this video. Organizing projects is something I also like to do every couple of months; it feels good to let go of the things that aren't bringing joy anymore! I've been rock climbing since the new year, and this week I made some big progress in the climbs I am able to do, plus I didn't let a cold completely ruin my workout routines once I recovered, so that feels like a big deal too 😊
This week I successfully have been able to remember all the steps needed to give my brother his IV antibiotics 😭 My brother has been in the hospital since mid December so having him home finally this week has been a huge relief. But being responsible for giving him his IV meds was a little overwhelming. Compared to all the hard work he has been doing in order to get better, its like almost nothing but I am still very proud of myself. Thank you for asking us to share!
It is always such a good feeling when you get organized or do something that you has posponed to do. This week I accomplished to organize and get things from the barn to charity
I loved this episode- it made me feel very productive! This week, I am proud of myself for taking care of myself better, by taking my vitamins everyday, taking time to crochet projects I want to (and not feel bad about the stack of WIPs!) and keeping hydrated!
I love these episodes!! My accomplishment this week: I am semi retired and work p/t from home. This week I agreed to help an organization by working their front desk. So setting my alarm, getting up, dressed, made up and out the door is a biiig accomplishment!! 😂😂😂
Great minds think alike; I loved this episode! I, too, went thru my wips and cleaned out my project bags, ripped out a mitten I didn’t enjoy knitting and reorganized my notions. There is nothing like being neat, tidy and organized! Thank you for the videos while you’re traveling, I really enjoy them and the yarn and dye shop tours!
That was so much fun, I love having a virtual rummage through other people's yarn stashes. I'm feeling pretty proud to have made a good start crocheting all those small odds and ends into a scrappy triangle shawl. And now I just have yarn that is either part of a current WIP or yarn than has a specific project. Yay! Sending lots of love to toaster. Xxx
I am using up my bits and bobs of leftovers to crochet an "ugly" blanket. I had 3 partial totes of little balls and now I am down to one partial tote and am 3' into the ugliness!😅 great tv work for me 😊
This week I qualified for a team in Sock Madness! I grew up in Odessa and have enjoyed you filming places from my childhood. I love the outdoor podcasts. I am envious of your travels. ❤
Accomplishment for me this week … I returned to work! After one year off on Maternity leave I began my first week back. Second bonus accomplishment I pulled out all my wips frogged some, fell back in love with others and I am back doing the 20 mins of daily knitting I was doing prior to baby’s arrival! I feel like me again with knitting in hand! Thank you for sharing your time with us while you are adventuring the US
This week the hubby and I changed out our kitchen sink and faucet for upgrades that I’ve been dreaming about since we moved it! I love the feeling of home DIY that goes successfully!
Watching you go through your yarn was pure pleasure. I could never knit my way through all of that, but I still enjoy seeing it. I'm guessing the Spring color palette works well on you, so a yellow top should look lovely. I got ALL off my yarn into Ravelry, cleaned out my favorites, started a queue, updated my projects, printed out patterns and physically organized my yarn into drawers. *I do not wish to enter the giveaway (see comments above), but I do want to brag about my yarn organization ❤ Don't let being 'behind' get to you. At the end of the day knitting is your hobby, and we'd understand and watch you even if you had no progress for awhile. Safe travels.
This was such a fun episode! My husband and I travel across the USA several times in a year visiting our grown children and their families. You organizing on what yarn to take with you and what not to remind me of the many decisions I have to make while traveling. I’m forever deciding should I leave this yarn here, take that yarn there and maybe I just can’t leave it!!! Today I finished my eighth (80) pair of knitted socks since July 2022.
I absolutely love 💕 watching people fluff their stash!! So fun to watch. This week I was able to accomplish setting goals on my current projects so that I can finish things by the end of the month.
Hi Natalie! Love your organization videos. There are always some tips! I feel accomplished this week because I finished a sweater and it was a languishing wip from December! I’m a newish garment knitter and still trying to get the fit just right… they usually come out too big! That white sweater you knit is gorgeous and it fits you sooo well!
This week I got all my Christmas/snowmen/winter decorations put away in the attic where they belong and put out spring decorations. Yay spring! I enjoy following your travels and knitting adventures. 😊❤
It may not be the biggest accomplishment, but I'm so glad I got back into my knitting routine. I had been knitting daily and it was doing me so well, but a lot of work has made me stop knitting regularly over the last few weeks, and I've missed it so much. That's why I'm so glad I finally continued working on my sweater. Thank you for your amazing videos!
Loved the video, very inspiring. So far this week, I have purged a couple of rooms in prep for putting house on market, I spent a day watching my granddaughter, I have finished my third knitting project of a sweater for said granddaughter and I got groceries! Thank you for including Toaster in the videos. Bindi and I look forward to seeing him too. I hope Kent enjoyed the movie.
This week I have finally attended a once a year event that have been invited to for many years but have always flaked out at the last minute. It was a fundraiser for the Special Olympics - Aeron Chair Hockey. They raised 100K and it was so fun. I was a bit silly caring around a project I have been working on, the Wilson Top in a Crown Royal bag being used as a project bag. To chaotic to knit in that crowded room, but I am enjoying working on it and thought I might have the opportunity. Thanks for all your fun posts and vlogs - love all that you share!
I was able to finish my yarable socks for February 2024 and another pair from last year's box .I was inspired by Toasters blanket and have been adding 5 rows every time I finish a pair of socks. Having a great time traveling along with you Kent and Toaster. Keep up the great fun! 😊
I sometimes struggle with being a bit possessive of my hand dyed skeins, but like you, I think I have more than what I can use for myself, so I have decided to make a tub of all my single skeins of sock yarn and every time I want to make a sock as a gift for someone, I'm going to allow them free choice of any skein from the tub, no matter how much I might love it and want it for myself. My accomplishment for the week is starting a new part time job.
I love this episode! I spring cleaned my house! Its amazing to get everything clean and put in its place. Now I feel motivated to get projects done now!
Hello Natalie, well done. No work can be done in a disorganized space. We are moving to our new home, and this week I organized my closet for work. I also have dedicated time for my blanket 5 times. That is huge for me. I love your travel and your podcastcasts . Travel safely.
Hi Natalie. I have learnt two new crochet stitches. I am making four sets of bunny bunting, three for our grandchildren and one for us. Hopefully they will all be finished in time for Easter. 🙏 I love every episode. Hx 💕🇬🇧🧶🧵
With spring approaching, I’m reminded of lighter clothing, shawls, wraps and ponchos. I finished 2 baby ponchos - white yarn with a pink drawstring to help keep it snug to the neck. I love the idea of using clear ziplocks and maybe you can use index cards for documenting what your thoughts are of their potential project, and where the yarn came from. Your stash will be such a nice memory of this USA trip🗺️
Yay! Great video, congrats on getting organized! I have successfully accomplished walking 23 miles in 1 week toward my goal to walk 1,000 miles in 2024! I'm so excited for this challenge! I loooove rainbows and immediately went to see if I could purchase the kit but alas could not. Happy making everyone!! 💞
This week I finished my 5th pair of socks…and have two more pairs in process. Also started a baby sweater for my great niece who will be born in June. Had a great weekend of knitting. I too love when I get all my projects and yarn organized…makes me feel so good. Then you know exactly where things are when you are looking for them…great job ! Thanks for sharing your yarn with us…that set is so awesome.
My accomplishment this week: I was inspired by someone on insta whose coffee table is completely bare at the beginning (and end of the day) and I did it for my own. Took a lot bc I work AND knit there but now am so happy with it. I learned from one of your videos that 2 gallon zip lock bags exist and it’s made my yarn life so much better. Thank you!
My partner and I used to live in a 200sqft RV so seeing you organize the van brought me back to that time. ❤ My accomplishment this week was hand winding a hank of sock yarn I wanted to do for Mardi Gras. Better late than never!
I have accomplished loads - I finished a cardigan ( took me nearly 1 year ) I have also donated craft supplies , colouring books, wool and games to charity 🎉 I have lots to do as I am moving house after living here for 32 years 🥹 and raising 4 beautiful boys ❤ 🇬🇧
A couple of weeks ago I almost melted down looking for a small amount of purple fingering weight yarn stashed in one of many yarn bins. So, this weekend I went through ***all*** the miscellaneous leftover scrap - large and small - yarn cakes and balls (hundreds?! 🙄). Then I used an inexpensive snap clip barrette on each one to keep the yarn from unraveling and tangling. The bins look much more manageable now, hooray, and I finally found the purple yarn. 🧶🧶🧶🧶🧶🧶🧶🧶🧶
Wonderful podcast. I appreciate your openness in sharing when you are overwhelmed and resetting yourself to get back to the things you love. This past weekend I finished my taxes. Never a fun chore. But it is done and off my list!
I too, got my knit together, (I love that title 😉) and went through my yarns, bags, notions and UFOs, and gave away what i didn’t LOVE, I feel very liberated 😊
Honestly i haven't accomplished much this week because i went back to work after vacation! I have to say how much i appreciate your organizing and planning videos! You have really inspired me to declog my mind and home which is SO NEED TO DO! I can really relate to you in the overwhelmed feeling of too much around, and clutter, even good things cluttered is stressful! I could feel your relief when you had accomplished your goals. Thank you for sharing!
I'm a sm and ever since I took over the store the backroom has been packed!!!! Well this week I finally got a truck out within the week it was delivered. I'm so proud of myself, and my team ❤. I know it doesn't sound like much to others but if u manage any kind of place you know it's massive to accomplish these days.
You always inspire me to be more organized with my knitting and crochet. My yarn closet blew up on my quest bed and I organized all of it, made a big box of charity yarn to either make charity projects or donate. The best part, I made final decisions about two new projects using yarn I didn't know what to do it (after I changed my mind again and again. I love all your videos.💖
I am finishing my last week of student teaching in a high school this week! It has been a long 2 months full of learning, and I am proud of myself and my students! I love watching your travels and choices with yarn and organization! I do my 30 minutes a day every morning :)
What a wonderful episode 💖 The difference in you between the beginning and the end was palpable, the slight despair followed by relief at your accomplishments was wonderful to see and very inspiring! Hopefully this time tomorrow I’ll be able to say I’ve accomplished something but today it’s raining so I’m staying inside and knitting 😂😂😂
This week I really didn’t strive to “ accomplish” anything but just enjoy life. I was always a crochet person but started knitting about three years ago. A few weeks ago I did what you just did and organized everything. I did actually this week collect boxes to purge some of my belongings. It’s way past time to hang onto things you will never use and your children don’t want. THEN I will start a sock or Musselburgh. I have the patterns and yarn. It’s an incentive to get my purging done. Safe travels
I asked for help this week. It's so hard for me to do, but my pain level was too high, my blood pressure was too high and it was clear that I could not doe the whole keep on doin' bit. That was my big accomplishment for the week. I was able to get things to relax a bit with offloading some tasks that were becoming too hard to do at the time. Thanks for the opportunity to win!
This was fun to watch. So far this week….i finished weaving in the ends on two pairs of socks and cleaned out my bathroom cabinets and drawers. It feels so good. 🎶💞🎶
This year I've been trying to take better care of myself. Went to the dentist and gyno, and also had a total physical so far. And today I just had my mammogram! Feeling very proud that I'm keeping up with my health!❤
This week I finished a striped cardigan that had been taking up entirely too much of my time. I'm so glad it's done, and it fits me perfectly, so that's a bonus!
This week I passed a test in my physical assessment class for nurse practitioner school and got organized before spring break! Thank you for sharing your accomplishment with us! I'm always so motivated after watching your videos 😄
This week has been a hard week for my family and it’s only Tuesday. My dads childhood best friend unexpectedly passed away. But on a more positive note, I cut my cats nails and brushed them (it’s getting to be shedding season), I did a huge deep vacuum of all the carpet and the steps, which then means I had to take apart the vacuum to fix it, but hey, it’s clean too. In my crafting life, I decided on a blanket for my cousins baby and I started working on that. I also have been working on my second ever knitted sweater. Emotionally the past couple weeks have been hard to say the least but I’m so glad I can escape with these videos and my crafting, it’s been a welcomed constant.
This week I successfully finished my first shift in CHARGE of the evening shift as an anesthetist, organized my spring and summer knitting projects, learned a new cast on, and cast on my FIRST adult-sized garment!!!! 🎉 and mopped the floors. 😅
I’ve been on a walk every day this year! Even on the days when I didn’t quite feel like it. I love watching you organize! I have a.

I truly understand. Lost my husband in August and finally getting it all done.

Sending love and good vibes. My husband is as well. Needlework has saved my sanity.

This week I hit my weight loss goal! I'm down 120lbs🎉 . This inspired me to order my first hand dyed yarn to make myself a top with "the good yarn" I've been avoiding.
Congratulations on hitting your weight loss goal!!!🎉🎉🎉
Go Ruth! 🎉🎉🎉 you're doing awesome, lady!

Great episode, thank you for sharing.
I took all of my indoor plants off of their shelf, cleaned up the shelf and fed the plants. They seem happy!
This week I accomplished something HUGE! I organized my stash AND my wips AND my yarny books! So fulfilling 😊 Go us!!!! XO to Toaster ❤
I had 3 partial totes of little balls and now I am down to one partial tote and am 3' into the ugliness!😅 great tv work for me 😊
😂 fabulous work! Well done!
😬 Have you woven in ends as you go? I haven't and now it's going to be a big task!😂
@@MelBassett-yb9xg I haven't 😫
This week I started a new crochet scrappy blanket and worked out the pattern all by myself without any youtube videos! Huge!
I went for a walk outside yesterday. This was a really big accomplishment in my life and I'm thrilled to say I did it and I made it almost one mile 😃
I feel so accomplished by getting my laundry caught up, washed dried and hung up! ;)
This week I qualified for a team in Sock Madness! I grew up in Odessa and have enjoyed you filming places from my childhood. I love the outdoor podcasts. I am envious of your travels. ❤
I get so inspired from these kinds of videos. This week after finishing two wips, I finally started a dream project I've been procrastinating on.
Thank you for sharing your time with us while you are adventuring the US
And two of my favorite past time together! Nice! Planning and Knitting. Thanks for the video
*I do not wish to enter the giveaway (see comments above), but I do want to brag about my yarn organization ❤
Don't let being 'behind' get to you.
I moved into my first house!! So happy and now I have a space for all my yarn.
I love every episode.
This week I had my nieces at home for the first time and we spent quality time together.
I agree that a tidy up makes you feel better,,glad you got some time to yourself Kaye x
I got a new job in a field I loved. I was working someplace else for a bit and it was not a good environment. I’m so excited for this new beginning
This week I accomplished helping my dad organize his paperwork! Lots of shredding to be done!!!
