Proud to be a student and to see the ability of Zeto, who is a great mechanic because he works very well. He is an example for me and he deserves great honour
@zeto.r the pleasure Is mine Zeto. I read there's a severe lack of aircraft maintenance engineer especially for B2(avionics), so I believe there Will be a lot of opportunities for us and also the pay can be very good with some years of experience
Don't expect that much, even there is luck of manpower companies don't want to raise money. I invested a lot of money in my license but if I didn't love aviation, I would probably quit. Nightshift stress all that costs something
I am lucky that I am in love with this world and studying for B1.1 and 1.2 AME and I am thinking to also add B2 later on It’s always a pleasure to learn from you all the things related to B1.1, hope we meet one day
Just did an over wing slide (left side) on a A320 last night due to an EPSU test fault. It helps to use suction cup handles to adjust the slide to align the fasteners in place.
You are doing awsome job. I enjoy your videos of the aircraft maintenance. I'd like to see (if not covered yet on your channel and it is not top secret kind of stuff) how you make a final repport after work, who you report to and how you approve maintained aircraft back to operation. What parts you always have to replace (like gaskets, sealings, bolts, screws)? Do you follow any book with all maintanance and repair procedures are described in or does it come from just an experience. Is there system of certification for specific model/type of aircraft? Looking forward for your answers. Thanks and greetings.
Thanks for sharing, love the content. I noticed on the original slide there was a caution sticker"Caution Escape Slied" but the new one didn't have that. Will that caution note be added ?
The slide that gives me the most trouble is the passenger door slide, because we have to fit the girt bar in the slide, get the rope in and sew the string to the pin and all that crap. Btw are you also B2 Engineer?
Question. I understand installing hardware requires torquing to manufacturers or standard specs but are you allowed to use a cordless drill or air ratchet to remove hardware?
Yes. Also for assembly in certain cases, with suitable low moment selection from the drill and doing final tightening by hand. I have never disassembled cargo hold panels from Airbus without cordless drill.
Hello Thomas! Greeting from Dominican Republic, so Im studying Aircraft Technicianand I have a question, ok, If I don't desactivate the bottle in the cargo compartment the slide will be opened???
Mr zero haw are you i need quick reference for A320/321 if you can possible application or link if you can thanks my friend and best wishes for you and your family 🙏🙏🙏❤❤❤❤

Yes it will be added or it was, we didn't have it on stock so I opened WO and deffer it
Outstanding job
Thank you
Thank to show a différent part of maintenance.
My pleasure
Is that any interval changing for that nitrogen bottle?
Inspection for pressure value is quite often. We are not allowed to inflate it so we must replace it if the pressure is low or it requires shop check
Will you make a video on how to replace apu oil filter on A320
One day maybe 🙂
Stig brought me here 👍
Thank you for stopping by

I have a video of how to do that of course 😅. I'm working on my B2🙂
great one

It is part of safety measures. If someone opens that hatch you are most probably dead
Nice Classic A320
On NEO it is the same, but ECAM is missing 😀
Why did you replace it? Is it an item that requires replacement on a timely matter or was it actually defective?
It reaches the time limit for shop check
Greetings from Lufthansa Technik Sofia

You must be a fluent speaker, everything is in English
ICAO Level 4 English proficiency
But you don't need to get certificate
