I was on a flight where our landing was aborted due to heavy fog at night. The pilots did tell the passengers that there was fog but they were going to give the landing a whirl. Right before we planned to touch down, very quickly we could hear the engines powering back up. With mountains right in front, we climbed then quickly made a steep turn to avoid them. I could hear all the gasps of probably everyone on the plane. An adventure flight for sure.
Yes, I have been on a couple of abort flights in my career. We have always waited for a Captain or First Officer to make an announcement on the PA for the passengers to calm everyone.😊
Hey Will...re meal prep. Do you and your room mate ever get together and do casseroles or anything that you can then divide up, package, freeze and use for work. Don't know how often your paths cross so you could prepare several different meals together and then split them up but just wondering if that could be something that could help out with meal prep. Stay safe and don't work too hard!!
Trinidad 🇹🇹 is a new destination for Fronteir. I am half Trinidadian. My dad was from Trinidad. Twin island nation of Trinidad and Tobago. The most southerly isles of the Caribbean and at the tip of Trinidad to Venezuela it is 7 to 21 miles.
Will, You deserve it! Plus what you spent at Publix goes on your point balance. I feel if they sell it you should be able to use it. But no alcohol or tobacco. Grrrr.... 😂 Fly safe bro. 🛫 Al
Who cares.....drink that wine out of the bottle.....I have....LOL You look great Will, and your taking good care of yourself. The aborted landing is a shock at first ( to say the least ) but it all works out and people are really happy when the wheels hit the runway.....Keep workin it and do your thang......have fun man!
Actually it was not a rejected landing but an aborted landing, and in term of aviation there is rejected take off while you are on the rwy and suddenly throttles are pulled backwards. Nice your company expands towards new destinations
Vitamins are important!!! So is vacation!!!
Vacays and then vitamins!

Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. It hasn't helped that I've been working back to back for almost a month now

A dollar an egg? That's $12 per dozen and you could prepare your own for a $3 or so. No?
( I do enjoy seeing your purchases ☺)
Definitely not seen a dozen eggs for $3, but could had gotten one at the price of half a dozen. 😅
@@will.inflight Our groceries are selling a dozen Grade-A Cage Free Jumbo Eggs for $2.89. Not close?

rejected and aborted landing are both terms used in aviation.
