I’ve been eating only 2 carbs a day and focusing on protein and fats. The fats help you feel full. It’s all in whatever works for you. Congrats on your weight loss so far. I really enjoy your channel….flying or not. Thanks for sharing. ❤😊
You go Will !!! You will get to the point where you can “cheat” occasionally and eat something decadent. Losing weight can certainly be a challenge but your overall health will be the winner here. The key I have found for myself is just making good healthy choices. It looks like you already are there. You have an advantage of having a job that keeps you moving constantly. Keep it up, I’m happy for you! I have alot of friends, FAs at UA and I certainly know how tiring things can get. All the best to you from San Diego 😎
