Fun fact: the Cook was originally a “living” parking meter and Wallace and Gromit had parked their rocket illegally and such. So it’s basically attempted police brutality.
Then again.. Wallace and gromit had arguably trespassed on the moon and began to take cheese. So I count a total of 1. Illegal parking of a vehicle at minimum and illegal migration at worst. 2. Trespassing goes without saying. 3. For taking the cheese a mix of theft, distruxtion of property and ecological damage. 4. Evasion and attempted escape of authorities. If the meter was a private citizen I'd argue he was using reasonable force to evict a trespassing vandal and if he was an agent of the law he overstepped.
If the Cook were able to object in court : " Trespassing, Trespassing? If anybody was Trespassing it's him, on my planet, helping himself to my cheese without asking & on top of that his Rocket was leaking Oil on to my planet. "
Not really. Shaun first appeared in Wallace and Gromit, then got his own spin off show. I don't think it's set in the same universe, because in Wallace and Gromit, silent characters (like Gromit and Feathers McGraw) coexist with talking characters (like Wallace). But in Shaun the Sheep, silent characters coexist with...other silent characters. No one, not even the human characters talk in Shaun the Sheep. So I think it's probably set in an alternative universe, separate from W&G.
Not to mention Shaun seems to have been on Mossy Bottom Farm since he was a baby in his own show and has a separate more defined flock so either he somehow was taken from his farm at some point and got put with a random flock mixed in with Preston’s scheme or they are different universes. Besides who do Bitzer and the Farmer reeeeally remind you of……that’s right Gromit and Wallace. The Farmer and Wallace might be a bit of a stretch but still
Feathers is the best villain ever. Genuinely menacing and creepy, yet somehow cute at the same time. Says so much with just two lifeless, beady eyes. Plus he's a bloody genius. Wallace and Gromit is set in the UK, quite a few of these charges are using USA Laws (I assume), while overall there are similarities there's a few differences also: No one would be charged in dollars, the UK uses pounds. You actually can't get super high sentences like "155 years" in the UK. On the higher end you either get something like 30 years, or a "Whole Life Order" (or full life tariff or something, I've seen a couple of terms for it) which means you're in prison for life basically. OSHA doesn't exist in the UK, I believe we have the HSE (Health and Safety Executive).
Gee, I can imagine the UK literally could not nor does it want to break the States world record for it's reckless love of imprisonment punishments and numerous overpacked prisons. They would need another island for that. :)
You could very easily add unlicensed firearms to feather's charges, even before 1996 when handguns were outright banned, they still had to be registered and licenced.
My favorite bit in the entire IP was always Gromit seeing the trains running out of tracks and grabbing the extra box and just laying them super fast. I’m rolling on the floor each time.

The third scene reveals Preston has kidnapped 19 sheep, and releases them which is endangerment as they could cause property damage. He also kidnaps Gromit in the same scene which is Pet abduction.
I think Preston's sentencing is null and void considering he's A) a dog and B) a robot and considered property, therefore any crimes he commits are the responsibility of his creator/owner whom at the time was Wendolene. Granted upon sentencing Preston would be destroyed, but in the eyes of the law he wouldn't be responsible for his actions.

Assuming police brutality is a recognized offense on the moon. The only moon law It may be committing is dereliction of duty by attempting to stow away on Wallace and Grommit's rocket
Yeah, the only things it could be charged for may just be trespassing and property damage, since it got inside the rocket without any permit, and it accidentally ripped the metal frame off the door And attempted assault too, it very much kept the infractions to itself, and Wallace was just completely unaware he was doing something wrong, that bonk to the head was rushing things and lack of control, as the robot showed clear frustration before deciding to whack him good, it failed in the nick of time, but an attempt was definitely made
Don't forget that Feathers McGraw played loud music all day, which disturbed the pace. Even though Wallace seemed to be okay with it, I don't think it would sit well with the neighbours. Also I think he would also be changed for using a firearm without a license. Preston's actions are not careless driving, but aggravated vehicular assault.
Side note about Preston: it's shown that several sheep were killed at the same places where Preston was sheep rustling and we later see him growling at Shaun, implying that Preston's already violent temper has lead him to kill several sheep. Speaking of claymation, could you one day do a "If Will Vinton Villains Were Charged For Their Crimes", with Leonard Limabean [Raisins Sold Out, The California Raisins Show], and Willshire Pig [Claymation Easter, Claymation Comedy of Horror]? I won't spoil anything but Leonard is a really effective villain, and Willshire is very creative with his schemes.
Could be wrong with the time it took place, but Feathers might also include 'Possession of an illegal firearm' as Pistols could be classed as handguns, which are definitely illegal here in the U.K.

Thank For The Video 👩⚖️😃😁🥰
Feathers mcgraw cpuld also be facing firearms related crime depending on the caliber of the revolver.
LOL, penguins don't live that long (they don't even live to be 40 years), so I think that it should be up to 30 years in imprisonment for this crooked penguin. ;)
5:33 Wait a sec, was that the actual sound from the movie?!
lol no it wasn't we just added it in because why not!
This was an amazing video! Feathers seems like a funny villain [you never expect a PENGUIN, a cute animal, to be a villain], but I think I'm interested in all of Aardman's villains. I need to start watching the Aardman movies.
Back old music
probably add "Sabbotage" to The Cook's list?
That penguin haunts my memories
Keep up the good work
I think the 50$ fine is the least of Feathers McGraw’s worries
Could be wrong with the time it took place, but Feathers might also include 'Possession of an illegal firearm' as Pistols could be classed as handguns, which are definitely illegal here in the U.K.
This short was released in 93 4 years before they banned them due to a school shooting. However they still allow rifles and shotguns
I don’t think I ever knew the moon bot’s name
Ill point out that Feathers Magraw is ACTUALLY a WANTED villain before the events of The Wrong Trousers.
As for the others, fair enough.
Well technically the cooker could not actually be charged by crimes. His job is like a law enforcement probe and acts like a Bobby so we could say is that he was just doing his job.
No! Even early attempts at human rights declared that no one was above the law!
@@infiniteplanes5775 my good sir the cooker is an A.I therefore he can’t be touched by the law only the ones who built him. In terms The Cooker’s programers such as the British Space Agency should be the ones being charged. Another thing is that Wallace was technically violating a treaty made for the moon and therefore the cooker could do anything in his power to apprehend Wallace.
You forgot some thing on feather Mcgraw he was handling a dangerous weapon without proper license or training
damaging an aircraft can carry a separate fine i could see that applying to space craft as well, don't know if thats the law in the UK though
The Penguins a menace. He needs to be stopped.
I mean, how are the police going to arrest Cooker?
Do they just go on a police spaceship to the Moon?
The penguin caused to many crimes in one video
Shouldn't the prices be in £ and not $?
Dude the cooker just didn't want people littering on the moon.
… how come we’re basing the fines on dollars and not pounds? XD
What the dog doing??
feathers McGraw he already done 12 crimes this week he also tries to threat Gromit with his gun to and the stuff and the gem feathers should’ve own them like a lot of dollars
5:25 HSE Violations
I Love Riley! 😍
