So fortunate to see Joe get on stage with the band tonight in Winston-Salem for a couple of songs but the real gem was him singing Seminole Wind like he was born to it! I had the pleasure of seeing these guys play a gig near Taos back in 2002. One of the best shows I've ever seen. They played for over 4 hours that nite! Rock on Donna!

Simple, but epic song... GREAT cover... with cascading guitar riffs playing counterpoint to that lonesome fiddle drone. Love to hear a banjer (since i play one)... but this is 'bout as good as it gets, especially the build up to the ending... sweet!
I listen to this song 3 or 4 times a month. Also helps if you have read SHADOW COUNTRY by Peter Mathiesson, great trilogy about the early days when Fla was the last frontier.
