I was fishing at the end of the jetty at Alamitos Beach, I went today and caught 3 Halibut the largest being 17 inches, a guy next to me caught a 24" Halibut and I ended the day spearfishing and caught 1 zebra perch🐟
@@BMRFISHING I fished right there before. No one walked up, but the game warden walked up on us leaving the piers across from the Queen Mary as we were leaving and asked to look in our snack bags, we wouldn’t take any catches home anyways… he told us we where fine right there with no license.
How do you get the Mackerel pieces to not fall off the hook when casting?

I dont do fresh water fishing unless I'm on vacation.
