Good to see Nuttall's Mintoes again! The Coke one made me laugh. We stopped at a service station in Summer '76 and there was a vending machine outside selling Coke via those cardboard cups. It was a really hot day. My Mum gave me some money and I felt really as "cool" as a 10 year old can feel, using the machine. Put the money in the slot. A cup dropped down, but it already had some Coke in it, plus about 5 very noisy wasps! 😱 I ran away to the car!!😂😂
National service petrol stations. I remember you could buy Smurf figurines there. Believe it or not the advertising slogan was “Service with a Smurf”. 😳

I wonder, that set of squares in-between ads - I know 12 frames were used in that animation, but wouldn't it have been 18 frames in length?
