Why dont you do a video on changing chaincase oil , since I dont believe this model comes with a drain plug?

I blew a belt last weekend on my 2016 zr9000(first time blowing a belt on that sled)
Since then I’ve had nothing but problems, either the belt squeals like a banshee on the primary while idle or belts slips on the secondary when in powder

Replace both primary and secondary clutches and or check the weights make sure they can move freely

What height should the belt ride on the driven clutch? Above the sheeves or level?

Hey Ben! You don't want to go by belt height in relation to the top of the sheave. It's not an accurate way of measuring belt deflection as there is a variation of belt widths that would effect this. You want to have about 1-1/8" of free play (deflection) in the belt.

in a everyday use ill agree with the play but as far as racing goes there is a tighter set ups with the belt above the driven and advantages to doing so.
