Wyll’s always my backup when the door says “lockpicking impossible”. You know what’s not impossible? Using the Warlock Gun when nearly every door and stone wall has force damage vulnerability
I would dare to say Astarion is less Powerful than the other companions, but how could you not take him with you, for the same reason you put a Flower into a Vase, i mean, why wouldn't you want to look at something pretty inbetween all the blood shed
I just used Laezel. With astral knowledge she can pick dex and open most locks. For harder ones I use Gale and the knock spell.
