I love the pace they have (I'm 73 and have been exercising since my 40's) they are very useful for people my age, when too much movement or too fast or too many repetitions are not what we need (or what we want). Your voice, the soft colours, your place, your smile, all give a sense of peace and quietness that I love. Your exercises are well designed and many of them are new for me. Thank you for your wonderful workout videos. As a grandmother who has worked out all of my life, I find these videos perfect for my aging body and abilities. They keep me strong and flexible. I especially like how you incorporate exercises that correspond to our everyday movements. You really grasp well how seniors move and age. Again, thank you so much.
I have been doing your workouts for a few months, and I am so impressed by the sheer variety of moves you include. I keep expecting to see a lot of repeated exercises in your Pilates sessions, for example, and am continually amazed by the way you have us use muscles in novel ways each time. I don't know how you do it, but from my experience at least, this appears to be a rarity in the online workout world and I appreciate it so much. My body feels strengthened and stretched in ways I didn't know were possible, and I no longer get the occasional pain in my IT band that I used to get doing other online classes. I'm so glad I found you. I'm a convert. :) Thank you!!!!

But now I have no garden and I found your workout videos. You are amazing. I am still very much a beginner and look a lot like a flailing fish half the time, but I'm getting better and can see and feel the difference.

Hello Lauren, this is the third video that I have been able to do with my ankle injury and I am, again, so grateful to have found you! I have selected 5 of your Pilates workouts of which 2 are chair pilates and 3 are floor pilates. I can adjust the movements to my situation and, boy, I feel good after I'm finished working out. In the last week, since I have found your videos, my whole body feels so much better and stronger with much fewer aches due to having to walk with a heavy orthopedic boot. I love Pilates on my reformer but won't be able to use it for a while for my lower body, and your workouts are such a great alternative to working on a reformer. Love your soothing voice and love your choice of music! Meditation in movement, that's what it is! 😍🙏
I've been working out with your cardio/weights for 10 mo. but this is the 2nd pilates one I've done & IT FEELS SO GOOD! Expecially the figure 4 streatches at the end.
Such a good one, Lauren-and all those clam shell moves are not easy, but you can tell they're doing you good! I can't stay long on all fours with my hands splayed-because of wrist and hand issues-so I use fists instead!😁

This was a good leg and butt workout, but I felt like there was so much stretching that went along with it. Thank you Lauren! Your Pilates work is terrific - you explain form really well and the pacing allows for corrective adjustments which is really important for us once-fit, currently in need of lots of work old persons. (The wake up stretch is a thing of beauty.)
I started doing different UA-cam workouts in Lockdown and enjoyed Pilates. I recently came across your videos and like others have mentioned you provide such a variety, that is refreshing and you always do them with a smile 😊, so thank you Lauren. I had sciatica a few months ago, so still have a slight weakness in my left thigh, but it’s improving, so I managed almost all those leg lifts, though it was tough at times. 😂 x
This was my favorite all week. The mat and I are one. It definitely wasn't as sweaty as the others but I had work done on my AC unit this morning and Pilates is my jam. Thanks Lauren.
