Yeah it sucks to change that. But what I did I cut both wires from the inside and just added more wire for next time I can do the same. I wasn't gonna remove all the for a blinker... Hope my message helps a lot of people..

Lol no reason to remove all that. I changed mine on my 05 SUT just my removing the screws holding the side marker lights on. Ez pz
