    You have to understand how to rewrite, the first one requires some thinking. Once you have the two equations, it’s pretty easy

    It seems that there is a mistake. You made the assumption that e^-e < x < e^1/e. Which says that approximately 0.06599 < x < 1.44467. So x=3 can't be a solution, because of the false assumption. Wright?

      In reality is 4-x in one case and the cube root of 3 in the other so it is inside the interval
