    It's because of such great guests and Ben's own insights that I love Ben's contents.
    Too bad I live in a far away land and buying and shipping the book here would probably be too expensive for me, yet I prefer the hard copy. But it must be a great book

    bio available copper metabolizes oxygen with minimal exhaust while regulating and recycling iron...the reactive nature of excess unbound iron is the leading cause of oxidative stress

    I’m screwed then. Living for the next 6 months in the Middle East and have food supplied. Am carnivore and all meat here is probably cooked in canola oil which I never use at home.
