Hi. I'll be selling my UK house in the next few weeks and will clear £40,000+ I'm currently working full time in the UK earning 20k+ pa is it possible to keep working in the UK for a short period and use those earnings as a proof of income untill I'm able to start earning in Spain? The property I have in mind is less that half my capital, basicly its just land I want to build on myself.
