Looks interesting, great idea! I was just thinking what if we blend all the nuts and seeds first before adding the eggs, would it give a softer bread. Thanks..
+Healthy Recipes to Lose Weight I was also thinking about that but after 1 hour of baking nuts are pretty soft. I would probably rather use smaller nuts than blending it, I love the look of whole nuts and seeds :)
Thanks for posting. BTW cashews are not nuts and they are very high in lectin. I'm wondering if most of the nut could be ground down into more of a flour to make a more bread-like finish..
Great.. can i use peanuts in low carb for this or not?? Iam confused about it.. iam new in keto and some says its legums.. even its legum is it high in carb? I found out its 22g fat and carb 2 g
Thank you for sharing this recipe. Wondering if it can be baked in a air fryer?
If you grind the flax seed you can omit the eggs, Add some shredded carrot or zucchini for moisture and a tablespoon of honey

Healthy Recipes to Lose Weight you could soften the bread by soaking the seeds and nuts
This sounds really good, but I wish you would include the nutrition macros. Thanks!

All foods are high in lectins, only few lectins are related with inflammation. And yes, you may ground them.

Peanuts aren't actually nuts at all, and they are very high in lectin. Not recommended.
I followed this recipe. I shared some with my neighbour. We both found the taste quite bland.
Can we use almond oil instead?
