This nut and seed bread is quite unique in that it’s not light, fluffy, and airy like your typical flour-based bread. Quite the opposite - it’s chewy, nutty, hearty, filling, moist, and very satisfying. It’s also free of grains and pseudo-grains, and very high in fiber and protein. I will go so far as to say that this bread is good for you.
The nut and seed crackers are nutty, light, crispy, and customizable. They are really easy to make and pretty hard to mess up.

Is there a reason you cannot use yeast with some of these doughs? I do understand the bread still won't rise as much without gluten, but it still might make some of these denser breads more fluffy. Is yeast forbidden for some diets? Is it an allergy? I'm not judging, I just really don't know.

i must ask about the amount of hot water... my dough is quite dry and falls apart, but when I look at yourtutorial the douh seems yo be fairly wet... so what might be the problem... too coarse the mix of nuts or too little water..And the flax seed do not stay in the dough... they are so shiny and smooth.. wonder if flax seeds in Sweden are different compared to ones you use.

@@houndjog Dear lady, you've got a GREAT point, but I can only find large containers of psyllium. I've found organic psyllium from India, but I'm concerned purchasing anything from overseas. I'm obsessed with health after surviving a near death accident that rendered me with a brain like a toddler for 2 years and a body now filled with titanium. I work so hard at detoxifying my body from all the necessary nasties pumped into me during my recovery. Thank you for your reply and thank you for your creative and delicious vegan meals. I've learned so much from you since I've learned how to cook again.

Hi@@jojow8416 Read what you wrote and I like helping - maybe it's not for everyone but Mexico uses alternative treatments that are not "Standard Care" which MD Allopathic Doctors MUST Use to keep their "Board Certified" Jobs to pay off their over 1 million student loans for Medical school.??? Go figure! I like to use naturalnewsDOTcom to find help - they have their own search engine. So , you GO GIRL!!! Get well!

Psyllium powder doesn’t work so well as it clumps up and doesn’t mix and hold the way whole psyllium does.
