@@Ari_C Yes, it is! Which is why it makes me as an AroAce individual incredibly frustrated when people try to say that "only AroAllo or AlloAce people can use the split attraction model!!!!" 11:41 I personally like the definition of pan as "gender blind" whereas bi usually may have a stronger preference; hence why I label myself as biromantic, but like even if people chose one or the other based on the colors, I don't care! Figure out what the labels means to you and decide on that!
that's how I feel. I identify as bi because I just don't relate to being "gender blind". Sure, I can be attracted to all genders, but sometimes my preferences go through a cycle and I prefer women more, or men more, etc., and sometimes I like certain things in one gender more than another. fun bee fact: bees consent to having their honey harvested. bees can and will leave a nest if they don't vibe with their beekeeper
i feel like more people should know this. beekeepers HAVE to treat their bees well or else the bees just head out. bees are treated very nicely
@@cultofmel exactly. Unlike say cheese or eggs. Honey is vegan friendly because of the fact that bees do consent to it. On the same note, wool is a vegan friendly material because sheep have to be sheared regularly or else they run the risk of overheating, because we humans are shitty beings and forced sheep to be that way
@@cultofmel Tell this to the vegans... militant vegans makes no sense to me. Like, I don't care what they eat or what they use. Live and let live. But condemning any and all byproducts from animals (and insects) is quite ignorant.

Romantic attraction to both genders isn't bisexuality, it's biromanticism, which can occur in sexualities OTHER than bisexuality.
true true! one can be bisexual but not biromantic or vice versa, that's kinda the whole reason for there being the split attraction model, lmao
@@Ari_C Yes, it is! Which is why it makes me as an AroAce individual incredibly frustrated when people try to say that "only AroAllo or AlloAce people can use the split attraction model!!!!"
Not only is it trying to force people to limit their identity to the demands of others (something that is the entire problem that lead to the LGBT+ becoming a _community_ rather than each letter being alone) but it's _extremely_ othering towards everyone under the Ace/Aro umbrella by implying that there is something 'innately different' about us.

11:41 I personally like the definition of pan as "gender blind" whereas bi usually may have a stronger preference; hence why I label myself as biromantic, but like even if people chose one or the other based on the colors, I don't care! Figure out what the labels means to you and decide on that!
*I LIKE PURPLE*
that's how I feel. I identify as bi because I just don't relate to being "gender blind". Sure, I can be attracted to all genders, but sometimes my preferences go through a cycle and I prefer women more, or men more, etc., and sometimes I like certain things in one gender more than another.
