@@mr.cheese3924 I’m assuming slightly, because this is not a label I use personally, (I prefer to dual-wield Biromantic and Demisexual) but I think it means that you are attracted to genders similar to and different from your own (Bi(sexual/romantic)) but only experience sexual attraction/arousal to specific people who you know well and are close to (Demisexual).
@@mr.cheese3924 Well demisexuality is when you feel sexually attracted to someone you've known for a long time but can't really feel sexually attracted to say strangers or people you don't really know. You could be in a romantic relationship but not find yourself sexually attracted to your partner for months to years depending on the person. I consider myself demisexual as I find myself only attracted to people I've known for years , I have also dated and felt attracted to both cis women and men so I see myself as bisexual too. So to summarize I basically just combined both of Bisexual and Demisexual.
I've had the worst month ever, being homeless, self-harmy thoughts, rejection by my family for my identity, etc. Seeing your videos always puts a smile on my face no matter how stressed I am
The first person you need to love is yourself and the only opinion that should matter is your own because only you can live your life. I believe in you. Stay strong and cry if you need to, it helps, and then take that first step toward a brighter future.
Keep sticking with that hope sauce. I've been homeless and had some pretty rotten things coincide with that struggle - I had to make safety contracts more than once due a not great situation and seriously compassionless people. *However* I'm telling you this so that you know I really *do* understand and I'm not just throwing platitudes at you. Firstly, you're already doing one of the most important things - and that's self care. If a UA-cam video of funny memes makes you feel good, gives you a laugh, or is just a little reminder that there are other people out there who not only are like you but understand and accept you - then that video is *not* time wasted. It could be one of the most important things you do all day. (And ignore any idiot who might say otherwise). I certainly could say more, but I don't want to seem like I'm monologuing at you (and this comment is already quite long). I'd be honored if you want to talk. In the meantime, stay safe and know that there *is* someone who cares.
I love how OT just reads out loud, without reading ahead, and is actively processing what he reads at the same time, and just steamrolls right into something extremely lewd and has a mental shutdown. That is extremely entertaining
Thank you to the people in the comments who made me realise that: I end up calling myself gay/on the verge of being a lesbian just so people know that I really am queer and not just doing it for male attention. I always subconsciously think that I'm not a "good bisexual" whenever i'm attracted to guys.
I mean, you'd be a horrible lesbian, if you occasionally (or often, doesn't matter) were attracted to men, but you're doing bi perfectly right with that. ^^ I grew up being a bi woman (never confused about the bi part) and then figured out that I am in fact a man. Still just as bi, of course. Now people who tried to invalidate my sexuality, because I'm married to a man and "must be straight and just wanting to be sPeCiAl" are a bit... confused, since my straight relationship now is pretty gay. xD
I feel like aces and bisexuals vibe on the same wavelength but sexuality-wize they are completely different. Like both bisexuals and aces: always do the poses with their hands, always tuck their shirts, have way to many stickers, succulents, c a t s and way more
I mean, the funniest part is that aces were called bisexuals in the early history of LGBT+, because they were attracted to both sexes in the same amount (ignoring that it was 0) xd
Okay so two things: One, as an Asexual Biromantic person I love the fact that the ace and bi community are coming together and the flag purple swap would be awesome. Two, OT KNOWS HEARTSTOPPER THIS IS THE BEST BAY OF MY LIFE.
I remember going through the whole bi erasure thing in my twenties. It was so bad that I let myself think "Yeah, I'm just a straight girl that wants a special label" for years. Eventually I found a better group of people to be around and came out again. I struggled with coming to terms with being non-binary, but I remembered my experiences from my twenties and went "Y'know what? Screw that!" and I was happy. It saddens me to think that we're in 2022 and some people still have that kind of attitude about bisexuals. But I'm hoping there's more support now than ever, and everyone can find a community that will build them up. Take a tip from a 40+ bi person: you are what you say you are. Don't spend years hurting yourself because you don't meet someone else's criteria.

Damn. I think, and hope, that generally, people will get better at understanding things over the years. Maybe people will be more open to learning new things as time goes on, people get more access to information they didn't know before, people become more self-aware, people live long enough to not care enough anymore, and/or we just all learn when to leave people be. 13:18 I really needed this. Thank you very much. (I am all of these at some point, but now just so happens the bottom left (/bottom right). Usually more like top left/bottom right. Though I do still need to find affirmation about how I became bi. I saw some femboi's on the internet and then thought "I wonder how much I can become attracted to men?", and I actively started training my (sexual) attraction to men, until the point where I just was. I even managed to get it to the middle bottom one, but it's started osilating. I'm pretty fecking sure these are just bi-cycles and that I am bi, but the way how I discovered it just makes it so my doubt is really bleedin tenacious, it's like a mosquito which you cannot get rid of. And I have a policy of not going to sleep until I've killed a mosquito for every instance I heard a mosquito, so that's a really strong comparison coming from me. I do have some memories of fantasizing about d*cks and combining girl and boy genitalia to attain s*xual perfection in a single body like a rebus and balancing out couples with two girls and two boys when I was that age where you start with that and also a naughty dream about a girl in my class where she had a pen*s, but there's still the nagging thought that I'm not actually attracted to men. It doesn't help that my preference is definitely women, and faces (especially more masculine ones) are a big turn off for me. And on top of that I think the over sexualization of women is also playing a factor. Wait am I feeling impostor syndrome? How have I only thought about this now? Cause even with all that I'm still feeling the nagging little voice of doubt. It only ever becomes easily ignorable if I feel like the middle bottom one. I hate it! And it's partially thanks to how I discovered my (potential) bisexuality that I have this feeling. Because I can't shake this feeling I'm forcing it, and the only way I can get rid of it for a little is thanks to the bottom middle one. So I tend to push myself in that direction, which only strengthens the feeling that I'm forcing it. I don't know what to do! Sorry about all this, I need to vent. I probably need to take this to other bi people, bit I don't know any. For some reason I keep finding myself at all the trans stuff, which I don't mind cause they're nice people and it's good stuff, but it means I've found no bi people yet somehow. I probably should also bring it to my POH-GGZ though. Yeah, you're right. It's just I need to do that sneakily. I'm still in the closet. Mind you it's a glass closet, and most people close to me heard me in there, but I'd still prefer to come out when I'm ready and certain of myself. So I need to find some way of doing that. Anyhows, that should be everything. Sorry for the long vent, but I really needed to as you can see. If you read this for some reason, and/or have some advice for me I'd love to hear from you, can't say I'll respond quickly or at all. But know I'll appreciate it a million nonetheless. 11:25 OH MY GOD. Thank you, you just explained my bisexuality.
Me too!
As a demibisexual I feel like the "I'm not even here I'm a hallucination" meme because I'm either told being bi doesn't exist or when I explain what being demisexual is I get the classic "So your just waiting for the right one / oh so like everyone else?"
Demibisexual? You mean straight? /j
@@honukane242 Pretty much what people say to me yeah
@@mr.cheese3924 your question doesn't seem rude at all , don't worry!

OT is a virtual hug followed by a boop. Warm fuzzies everywhere,.

It sucks, but we'll get through this.
I love how OT just reads out loud, without reading ahead, and is actively processing what he reads at the same time, and just steamrolls right into something extremely lewd and has a mental shutdown.
That is extremely entertaining
Thank you to the people in the comments who made me realise that:
I end up calling myself gay/on the verge of being a lesbian just so people know that I really am queer and not just doing it for male attention. I always subconsciously think that I'm not a "good bisexual" whenever i'm attracted to guys.
I mean, you'd be a horrible lesbian, if you occasionally (or often, doesn't matter) were attracted to men, but you're doing bi perfectly right with that. ^^
I grew up being a bi woman (never confused about the bi part) and then figured out that I am in fact a man. Still just as bi, of course.
Now people who tried to invalidate my sexuality, because I'm married to a man and "must be straight and just wanting to be sPeCiAl" are a bit... confused, since my straight relationship now is pretty gay. xD

It’s hypocritical for us to say “love is love” and “gender doesn’t matter” and then get upset when a bisexual person dates someone of the opposite gender (or anyone regardless of sexuality or gender.)
Damn. I think, and hope, that generally, people will get better at understanding things over the years. Maybe people will be more open to learning new things as time goes on, people get more access to information they didn't know before, people become more self-aware, people live long enough to not care enough anymore, and/or we just all learn when to leave people be. September for wrath because everyone tries to advertise all the fall holidays at once because capitalism.
August - Sloth
September could be Wrath but only if you're still in school. October could also be a good case for Wrath but only because it's spoopytime.

4:31 I feel called out
13:18 I really needed this.

Idk if he knows what discrimination I have to face, he has seen some of it from his own mom since I'm a witch. But he doesn't understand how hard it is. Example, my grandmother called my friend sexually confused, because he is a trans man dating a trans man with a kid. And I cut her off and told her then I'm sexually confused. And she responded "no you aren't, you're a girl and married to a man" and ouch.. why did that hurt. And so I said "being married to a man doesn't change the fact I still like girls". She is so anti LGBTQ it hurts. She doesn't realize I am not the only LGBTQ member of the family 👀. And yet she is so hateful. On a better note I crochet and she bought my bisexual dinosaur 😂 not knowing I sell other things too 😂 and tbh, IDC how much she denied her dinosaur being gay or "how do you know a dino likes a certain gender?!"
