This may be a dumb question, but is the only factor affecting final gold value relating to the crab content? Or do more expensive vegetables also contribute? (disregarding the difference between standard and starred, for this instance, regarding the actual end result for the pie). In other words, we know "starred" has higher value at end product, but do the basic ingredients (vegetables used) contribute to the end result?
yes the vegetables used also contribute to the final price as well as the crab used. that’s why i’m saying in the other video i made, that you want to use potatoes as they give the highest value in the end result.
@@WolfieSilveira Apologies, I didn't spot your other video on this topic! I went and experimented after asking my question; and spine shell crab doesn't do too badly either. Not as good as the Vampire crab, but not shabby. I also swopped out vegies and found that out about the potatoes, but thanks for the confirmation! Appreciate you taking the time to answer as well. All info gladly taken on board 🙂
@Kayenne54 that’s okay. 🤗 and yeah you can get 120 per dish when it’s spine shell crab and 175 pr dish when it’s vampire crab. so a good jump, but it’s way faster to farm the spine shell crabs so it’s both a viable option
Thank you very much. This was vert helpful. But have people bring 20 what? You talked about a recipe for the vampire crab but you did not display the recipe nor tell us how much we could get for making the recipe or what quest we could complete with recipe.
I have a concern. New players will be needing a vampire crab for the water temple quest. And after people start seeing this video, troops of folks will swarm the area looking for the vampire crabs. even one or two NPCs will request one for a personal reason. So, will new players or ones doing NPC quests be forced out of getting a crab? Besides - what is so cozy about working at getting a fortune in this game? Kind of defeats the purpose of playing such a game, doesn't it?
no don’t worry new players will still be able to catch vampire crabs. the beauty of this game is that we can all share the resources, if we both catches the crabs, we both get it.
Couldn't agree more. As far as new players, the older players don't really care much in that regard. Which as you mentioned, kind of defeats the purpose of a cozy game. I had to listen to a Karen on server chat "give advice" aka dictate how you're supposed to call out resources for half an hour irl. When I say dictate, I mean dictate, there was nothing friendly about it. (I really think the devs need to implement better chat features. I understand it's meant to be open, and friendly, to meet new people. However people are abusing this feature and spamming the chat in between 2 ppl, having full conversations. Not only making it difficult to see your community, and party chat through the spam, bit it's just kinda rude. The mute option is a joke, are you just meant to mute everyone that does that, because it's going to such if that person in particular actually has something important to say.) That's the problem I see with older players is now that they burned through all the content, the only thing they care about is how they get gold, and quick and easy resources. How that affects the rest of the community is whatever.
This is so helpful! I used 4 honey lures and got 13 crabs... this will be much cheaper :D
yeah for sure! 👍

How can I have a pet like you?
If you spend a certain amount of coins in the premium shop, you can get a palcat ☺️
