Thank you so very much! I appreciate a working solution for my newer M3 Mac. Android File Transfer no longer works (is actually buggy, weird timing, and is intermittent ...i.e. "race condition" under the hood, poor programming, incompatible, etc.). Furthermore, Macdroid does not work either. It doesn't "mount", and the phone is never connected to the Mac.
Your solution is truly simple, easy, free, and hassle-free.
