Day 245 In the Hands of a Joker

Welcome to Day 245 Becoming Peace Silent Sunday Meditation. The name of todays session is IN THE HANDS OF A JOKER.
Today we are going into a silent meditation, beginning with a centering thought. It’s up to you to process, ponder over, and come up with how this pertains to your life. We are just here to h old space for you. Today allow yourself the freedom to surrender to what is, and make the best of your time here with us. Suspend all other agendas, be present, and listen intently to your heart and the inspiration that comes in from your creator.
Take some deep breaths. Allow your body to release any tension you feel. Relax the shoulder and arms. Sit comfortably with you back supported and you head free. Take another deep breath. Go ahead and close your eyes and let’s begin.
