Repetition is the key to learning a language!! Make sure you watch the video many times. At first, you may need to look at the subtitles and pause at times, and rewind multiple times. In the next times that you watch the video, you should try to minimize the times you need to look at the subtitles. Eventually, after many repetitions ideally you understand 80%+ of the exact sentences (that is, you should be able to distinguish the words you hear in your mind) without looking at the subtitles.
