If the parchment paper doesn’t want to release the sponge, it helps to grease it lightly prior to pouring the batter. Also, a trick I learned for removing the paper: prior to peeling the parchment of the sponge, brush the top of it with water for an easier release. Hope it works for you too! ❤

I made these dairy free and sugar free (I used substitutes) and half sphere molds and can I just say WOA! This was the perfect video t follow along to and they turned out absolutely incredible! My husband and my friends had no idea they were sugar free and were quite impressed! Thank you for posting this! I’ll def be back for more of your videos 🙏🏽

very nice very simplificatino of a classic recipe that everyone is doing on youtube now but I suggest on the mouse layer todo more of a proper mouse and less of a whipped cream with chocolate, and mango puree as that will be a very airy very simply mouse, and that mouse can make or break the cake so making a proper mouse base, then whipping it introducing air bit by bit and having a complex flavor to it is what I would change but this is still amazing none the less

If you don't have cake flour you can use regular flour and adding cornstarch for a similar texture, hope this helps😋

제일문제가.. 무스를 몰드에 넣고 굳히는게 문제인데 젤라틴이 부족한건지 온도가 부족한건지 얼리는 시간이 부족한건지 냉동실에서 완전히 깡깡 얼지를 않아 꺼낼때 겉면이 자꾸 뭉개지는 현상이 일어납니다 뭐때문에 그럴지 조언좀 주시면 정말 감사하겠습니다 ㅜㅜ
