Yes, it's not like airjet models. The heat comes from the hydrojet input(next to the filter) and hydrojet outputs. It's why you can't have the hydrojets and heat on at the same time, the use the same plumbing.. 😭

No, I don’t think so. This pump is for the bubbles and jets. I think the reason it has four is so one air pipe is for bubbles and other is for jets, not sure tho. If your hot tub has the same four holes then I’d assume it’s okay to use

Nope, that's a fault. The airjets and hydrojets are supposed to be able work at the same time. The heater cannot be on with the hydrojets though. Get in touch with lay z spa if you have a problem.. I've uploaded a video on my channel to show how it works.
@@DashDrones thank you. Just received a new pump through warranty and it is faulty again. Hydrojets and airjets are not working together again. Wondering what the issue is to have received two this way
@@DashDrones for the first one they said it was a faulty unit. Just received the warranty replacement today. So submitted another claim and have to wait until Monday to reach out. The new one they sent seems like it may be a refurbished unit as there’s yellow discoloration on the control panel arm. Will let you know when I hear back
And what is the pump gives an e05 warning after the warranty of just two yrs and your pump basically is dead. Than bestway tells you sorry we can’t help. Bye. Don’t buy this. When something goes wrong after warranty there’s almost no replacements of parts. It only lasted two years. Water in the air room, pump failures etc. Buy a real jacuzzi instead.

The factory warranty period has already expired several months ago, and we can no longer intervene. If an item is defective out of warranty, you can replace it by purchasing a new one, or a second-hand one. All sales occur through independent points of sale, we ourselves have no commercial purpose and cannot sell you articles, nor offer a discount at a dealer. There is also no repair service from Bestway that can intervene after the warranty. Unfortunately, there's nothing I can do for you in this matter. “ So in other words. Good luck buyer and bye bye. No pump to be found for this jacuzzi anywhere. 1500 euros down the jacuzzi drain.
@@Lay-Z-Spa-UK yeah. Crazy. Because I’m willing to pay for it even but can’t seem to find any company that can service this here. I’ve checked your website and it’s better than ours here. I find it hard to find the reset options for the E05 error for the Hydrojet Pro. Or even a more technical manual on repairing the thermostat if that is indeed the problem. I also can’t find any sites that only deliver the pumps as replacement. Can you maybe point me in the right direction

My 2021 maldives has no water flow through chem connect port on the hot tub with pump running. Is it supposed to be like this?
Hi, yes this is the case on HydroJet pumps. There is still enough water displacement for the ChemConnect to function.

First time set up. Is the filter pump suppose to run all the time while trying to heat the spa?
Yes. You need it to filter so the pump can heat the water
