Hello, thank you for your video. Do you find that you need to cover the grey electrical pump unit at all to protect it. I can see the hot tub has a cover,but not the bubbles / pump unit. What are your thoughts? Thank you in advance. 👋

Thank you. This is our second year. Do far so good. We not use it in winter and keep it insight for winter without water. Our winter is so cold till minus 30.
Hi. How did you manage to get rid of the folds in the borders, visible at 1:30. For mine, pump shows 9 bar, but the borders aren't still neat like yours. Thanks.
I am never using it in 104F, it us to much for me. But I heat 95F nd during 1hour lost around 35,6F. Also it depends what whether outside. Also it depends with bobles or not. With bobles cools faster.
There is cover, if you are not using it, you need to put cover to prevent cold. Then even in cold whether it stayes warm. About bubbles, yes they are cooling, but in +10 degree not dramatical like 1 degree per 5-10 min. When it were still snow we put them for 5 min and then off, it is warming again then on.
I heard that you must not use a power cable extension. Is this right? If yes, how long is the cable? Thank you
Cable is 5 meters long. About cable extension, it is not recommended in instruction. We haven’t used extension.

I recommend cover, if you have it on open air, better to cover it with water proof material.

We used manual pump to get it stronger.

Is the floor/bottom to be inflated or ia it just flat
If I remember correct, it is also inflated. It is quite comfortable to sit. I will double check today evening for you
