What I really love about the content is that Matt's routinely pre workout talk with athletes about specific work out programs, recovery in between , shoes, energy drinks, altitude adaptation, upcoming racing events etc etc. Personally this is such a huge help coz it provides great information about athletes, road racing and track and field events in general. Why I pointed this out coz this helps us building a relationship between enthusiast runners like me and pro athletes. I 'm now more aware about the athletes and races around the world and this makes racing events fun to watch. THANK TO SWEAT ELITE for featuring quality athletes week in week out.
