I know how to make hakai work for CAC'S you need 7 bars of ki it's hard to land it takes all your opponents health if you have less than 1 bar of health then your able to use it but you can only use it once if you miss you can't use it again to prevent spamming
I can only imagine what would happen if this skill actually existed in Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2...😅👍 And if it did it would probably be like the Power Rush where it uses all of your ki, but you have to be close to successfully land the attack like the Time Skip Molotov.. but that's just me, what do I know..

Well i just downloaded the real normal Hakai Mod for my char then i found this and yeah... my Char got this now its sooo crazy i just stand there and let them combo me and then i crush there hole live in just 6 seconds
