People forget that no matter what you seen in videos(UA-cam, TV, etc) it is only a glimpse of a person's life. You don't need to explain yourself, but I get it, I do it too. You are such a good mom and I must say you seem to be a happier version of yourself which is great!
Here in Az I try and stay away from outside. It's already 110 out. If we do outside activities it's like 5pm before we go out. People need ta chill 😎

I just got the Sam’s club maple syrup. It’s only maple syrup, no other weird ingredients. I haven’t tried it yet but it’s the cheapest I can find!
Girl we literally do not go outside in the summers in AZ unless it’s to swim. It’s too dang hot. I always feel like people who comment telling others how to parent either don’t have kids or are ashamed of their own choices

Prime Hydration does not have caffeine but it has a lot of artificial sweeteners. Still probably better than soda. I love the Glowberry!

Your son is right, it’s just the energy drinks in the can that are bad (from what I’ve heard). The hydration drinks in the bottles like Gatorade are apparently good. 🤷🏼♀️

I had a salesman from GNC tell me that the prime hydration drink is one of the better choices for youth. So I'm happier about choosing them for my kids

They say there is something that the bottle itself is made of not the drink but it seems there is always something.I am in Alabama and I can only take the heat so long.So outside time is hard some days.
I think some Prime drinks have a lot of caffeine. Yes do some research on that!

I used to drink the same drinks and ur son is right it's the can ones that r bad. But my husband read that the ones I and ur son drink can cause cancer. Don't worry about what people say. Tell them to come to ur house and watch ur kids. U can rest and they can Chase and entertain the kids since that person wonts to be up in ur business. U keep up the good job it r doing!

❤ As for the prime drinks. There are two kinds. There are the hydration, and the energy. The hydration has electrolytes. The concern from the medical community is giving children drinks that have electrolytes in them that are still growing will affect their health. It's the same as taking multivitamins that you actually don't need.
If your child is not engaged in any type of exercise program, physical sport that demands electrolytes to be replaced, then you should not drink them.❤
❤ But every once in awhile especially during the summer months, and as long as it is the hydration drinks and not the energy drinks. Is okay, but I would definitely talk to your child's pediatrician.❤
