That's a beauty. It's been a while since I watched your priceless tutorials. I have to restart with that good habit. Thanks Mr. McPhail.
I bet that all-arounder would catch fish on any freshwater stream or lake I ever fished. What a lovely pattern. Thank you.
I Love how you are dubbing the thread.... looks great Davie!
The tying, the instruction, and the fly itself are all so elegant.
What a great wee fly Davie ....must have for the box 👌
The body fibers here are mighty good looking... Thanks, Davie
More Allrounder magic, thanks Davie!
Beautiful fly, I really like to see your content, very detailed, greetings from southern Chile.
Great to see you get excited about a material. Didn’t know there was such a thing as white peacock. Will be looking for it.

Un’idea eccellente ed un lavoro eccezionale. Grandissimo. 😮😮😮😮😮😮 😅

Good evening Davie. Such a Lovely pattern love the use of the Dyed Hearl! Thinking about having a few days out " This Season " Haven't cast a line since i lost My Dear Father! I'm sure he would Want Me Too. Must get My Gear Out and ,check it All Over. Always a pleasure to watch Your wonderful videos! I shall let you know Just how my season starts. Thanks for All your Kind Inspiration. Many thanks and Kind regards Colyn.
Here in Colorado would probable go to an 18 maybe even a 20. Enjoyed your tie.
Thanks Davie. I’m sourcing white peacock tail feathers which I can see a lot of uses for when dyed.👍
What sweet Emerger Davie! Thanks for your channel!
Приветствую вас , Дэви! Вы не перестаёте удивлять своим творчеством! Замечательный экземпляр ручейника! Благодарю!👍🤝🇰🇿
Great video showing your techniques. Thanks
Thanks again Davie, very therapeutic.
Nice! I might be looking for tying silk in the right shade of dun for the body.
Looks really good with the peacock dyed . I do these sometimes with Coats and Clark thread spun until it’s rope for the abdomen touching turns or like you said biots . In any case a terrific pattern. Thanks for sharing.
I did enjoy it, Davie... thank you.

Absolutely superb, and an easy tie. I imagine that dun peacock would also look great if stripped of the herl. That CZ nymph hook pattern is great and I've tied hundreds of flys using them, but they're so big for their stated size I DO wish Fulling Mill would make them in #20 and #22. Those hooks 'keel' the fly beautifully, keeping the pattern upright and less wind-prone.
Awesome fly, thank you for the very detailed tying explanation.
Absolutely beautiful pattern, great tie….I would write more but I have to go buy more fly boxes 😂 L 👍🎣👍
Awsome. Can’t wait to tie it. Thanks.
beautiful fly Sir
Bang on another belter mate cheers.
It looks fantastic! Thanks
Fantastic, really enjoying these dry flys.
I wish I could apprentice under this master craftsman!❤️
Love these low floating flies there’s something about that low crippled emerger style the trout just find em irresistible nice dressing Davie Any suggestions on where to begin looking for this color peacock cheers

My mom has 2 white peacocks running around her house in California
Sorry, she’s down to one now😂
We all need a mom like yours.
Another great video, can I use heroin hearl instead of peacock for this fly? Cheers
Hi Leonard,
Yes you can as it would be perfect for this fly as it a lovely fibre on a fly..I'm glad you liked the fly..
All the very best Davie
Why do you take the eye out davie when you dye the peacock?
Hi @otts69,
The main reason is so that I can fit them in the dyeing pot and as well I prefer to keep my best eyes for quills separate from the other feathers, saves me hunting through them when I'm tying..
All the very best Davie
Thanks for that davie, got some ordered 🙌
Superb big yin they cracking
