Autoworld: "The automotive wonder of yesteryear leads us to that of today."
Autoworld, founded in the Parc du Cinquantenaire in Brussels in 1986, offers a unique insight into the world of the automobile. The museum is supported by the Federation of the Belgian Automobile and Two-wheeler Industries. Autoworld mainly exhibits cars owned by the non-profit organization Gh. MAHY.
Like the museum, this film paints a picture of the Belgian automobile sector before the Second World War. We are introduced to numerous prestigious models that ensured the great flowering of this industry in the 20th century.
In addition, this documentary of about thirty minutes gives a wonderful overview of the work of the genius Italian designer Giotto BIZZARRINI, who can be placed on the same level as Enzo FERRARI or Ferruccio LAMBORGHINI. The historical information comes from Jacques KUPELIAN.
