Some questions needed to be addressed please:
1-How crypto assets are transferred in inheritance?
2-Like in gambling, one makes profit only if other loses. Doesn't its the similar in crypto market?
3-Does airdrops received by depositing some digital assets for some time is riba?
4-The limit of tokens/coins is setup by algorithms, which are created by some entity. The value/demand is setup by lacking or scarcity of that assets. Algorithms can be altered/revised, do you think its fair in shariah?
5-Do you really think that people always are aware and looking at the projects and used cases of crypto assets before they start trading in any particular token/coin?

I been studying and trading forex for exactly 2 years and 7 months and now after listening to the facts I sadly have to leave forex. i am a muslim student and i traded in intra day stocks at a leverage of 5x but the platform or the broker does not charge any interest or additional fee for the transaction. The following are the charges 0.03% or Rs. 20/executed order whichever is lower, 0.025% on the sell side, NSE: 0.00345%
BSE: 0.00375%, 18% on (brokerage + SEBI charges + transaction charges), ₹10 / crore + GST , 0.003% or ₹300 / crore on buy side, the charges are called brokerage , STT/CTT, transaction charge,GST, SEBI charge and Stamp charges respectively. the brokergae is also same if its an long equity or leverage trade , can anyone here guide me if its permissible or not

@@booksbrains1249 one more point i forgot to add my broker can close my trade when the market closes although he doesnt add any charges. bu t i always close my trade within 1 hour

I invested some amount through forex broker, this broker gives monthly profit, whatever the broker make profit during month, it keeps 30% and gives 70%, daily account is updated, means profit added, i can see that in metatrader 5.
Its a genuine broker, is it halal?

10:43 The value argument is no valid argument. According to this argument, the USD also has value because people accept it. In Fact the USD like any other currency which is not backed by something like gold is not permitted in Islam.

Is the exchange from usd to usdt considered Forex trading ? is it considered haram ?
Seems not.. mostly the things are forbidden are fraudulent act.. interest or Ribbah.. leverage if that brings benefit to the lender.. you transfer on the spot.. so it seems no harm in exchanging usd to usdt
