Yes, we went with Islamic mortgage financing even though we had to pay a LOT more than what conventional banks were offering, but Allah SWT gave us too many blessings in the property, no money can ever buy. ALHAMDULIALLAH.
Buffet didn’t make his money purely by compounding; he made his money by investing and holding stocks in great companies that paid a regular dividend. The majority of his wealth was made through his insurance and reinsurance business Geico. Buying a house when house prices are at an all time high is a stupid investment; especially in a high interest environment. Buying undervalued stocks with a concentration of capital will do far more for your wealth than diversification. Diversification is for those that don’t know what they are doing.
Great video, trading come with a lot of benefits And I have just bought my first house through it. As a beginner I was scared of loosing my savings but I’m glad I took the bold step that is now favoring me.

From whatever I have studied and researched, it is really very simple. Wherever you can make good money in the stock market or the financial market, it's forbidden in Islam. By one ruling or another it's Haraam.
According to whatever I have researched, forget BTC, even FX trading is not permissable unless you plan to hold on to the cirrency for some time. How much time is the question. I personally as a BIG disbeliever in these new or exotic financial instruments. Already buried under the sin of a mortgage and car loan.
Brother - how can you recommend investing in stocks when companies like BP, SHell are taking loans with riba so when you invest in these companies you invest in riba
If earning even a penny from prohibited sources adds up your sins then how come you can invest in companies who earns, although insignificant, but from prohibited 'Other Sources' like from saving ac, bonds etc. When the company declares dividend, you too share that same prohibited penny?? 🤔 So, i wonder how come people arrived at the rule that if a company is earning insignificant amount from prohibited sources and its not their main business then that's a 'HALAL' investment.
I wonder why you don't create a community for all muslims interested to push islamic finance forward, so they can exchange ideas and network. This will have a great impact and could significantly increase initiatives and startups in this field .

I doubt IFG n "mufti" could even list more than 200 scholars personally, or even have such a list. Please do better research and make better Islamic financial products so we Muslims aren't drowning is payments and debt til we die. It's such a shame that in most Western countries still after 30-120 years, Muslims and specifically their Islamic teachers and "scholars" haven't come up with solid financial solutions to remove poverty and degeneration from our communities. Until this is done, conventional mortgages and investments are defacto because those in charge of the institions are failing at every step to create financially stable and balanced communities.
