I love doing this kind of dish mid week. I often use flat iron or flank steak and some sweet peppers on the griddle. I have not used the lime juice but I will next time. I often use gin in the marinade, though. This dish is a real crowd pleaser in short amount of time. Nice video. I enjoyed it! And your sons are adorable.
Well, I seemed to gain some unwanted notoriety in past videos when my name was mentioned twice. I guess it is only proper to comment when it is soooo positive. Truly, I could watch a new video from you every day and enjoy it tremendously. Please do more of these. Your videos have surpassed all other Blackstone videos. Just keep in mind that most Blackstone purchasers are NOT teenage Hollywood worshipping robots.
YUM!!! I love chimichuri and with those jalapenos everything sound so so good! Only thing that would make these better would be some homemade tortillas and some fresh shredded cheese 🧀😁 and some 'lime on the side' ❤ Thanks Nate for a delicious dinner idea! 🖤🖤🧡🖤🖤 🌞
You can totally do that. I go back and forth on my preference. The blender version is smooth and rich while the hand chopped method gives a better mouth feel and appearance. Both are awesome
Nate those Quesadillas looked delicious. I've never cooked skirt steak before. Hoping to find some at my local market and do the tacos CJ made a while back that he stole from Sam 😜🤣😂😅
I have been making similar quesadillas with chicken for years. I'll have to try it with the skirt steak. Looks amazing!
Yummmmm the pickled peppers 🌶 sound amazing!!! 😃👍🤠

You should point out that you can make them in a frypan just as easy in case it's raining.
Or on the blackstone E- series !

Where did you get that cutting board
Thanks! My lovely bride got it for me and we can’t remember where. Maybe try an Old Time Pottery or HomeGoods
Hi, I was thinking of putting the cilantro, parsley and garlic to mix in a blender etc ?
You can totally do that. I go back and forth on my preference. The blender version is smooth and rich while the hand chopped method gives a better mouth feel and appearance. Both are awesome
Awesome buddy 👌
Now I want one, just need some steak lol
Loaded with flavor and too easy not to try my friend
@@ItsAPartywithNateandCJ I will definitely try it soon.

Thanks! I’m a big fan of skirt. It’s usually pretty affordable and easy for me to find. Give a try and let me know how it goes
If you are near a Mexican market, go there, if they don't have it, they're just out, so try another day.
What model Blackstone are you using?
I’m on the New Lowe’s Airfryer and it’s awesome!
Nate is that the same salt you dropped in your shoes the other day? 😂❤
No... no it’s not
Hahahah! Nae, your timing is brilliant.
Mmmm... Rooty Tooty! 🤛
😂🤣😂 Rooty Tooty and Fresh & Frooty!
I fire roasted some green chilis in my chimichuri I did for our quesadillas
That sounds delicious!
Oh heck yes! That’s next level my friend
He said Pantera and my ears perked up.
Hey Nate do you have your own Cooking youtube channel ?
Please tell me where to get the butcher block that looks like it came from a tree… I have to have one
It's a slab from a tree, really.
nooo....you need to cook like an Argentinian ..with real chimirrurri..and a steak with salt only , and of course a Provoleta on the side!
