Im between a PSA 8 base set Zapdos, PSA 8 rocket's Moltres from Gym Heros and a PSA 9 Poliwrath from Base Set 2. Im from Mexico so I dont have the chance to buy PSA graded cards appart from eBay. Those 3 cards are around 45-50 dolars so this is my question: Which card should I buy? At least to start my collection from vintage cards

Right now is the best time to buy vintage, such low pop, and condition rarity.
People don't care about rarity or low pop. People want good artworks and popular Pokemon, simple as that.

@@FlickSwitchGo people want what is expensive, rarity makes things more expensive? Vintage is VERY boring, not colorful, but very expensive because it is rare especially in good condition. Almost every card pulled today is at least a PSA 9, and every card today is instantly sleeved. Collectors of the past were way more careless.

Every card is unique . The $15,000 shadowless holo might have amazing coloring that the one selling for $8000 might not . When you see a card don’t worry about the price worry about the future value of it which will someday be so much higher
That’s the problem though. No one knows what the market will decide what’s valuable or not, and if/when Pokémon sets get rereleased flooding the market with more product. It’s all a gamble.
If you just collect as a fan and get doubles then you’ll be sure to hit a jackpot sometime in the future. But collecting to invest is a losing proposition out of the gate.
I did a video comparing 2020 to 2021 and 2023. If you got in in 2021 you are doing bad but in 2020 you'd be making out right now. They aren't a bad investment, just people chose the wrong time to buy.

Pretty sure any collectable you bought in 2021 was waaaay over inflated. If you bought during the height of the market you are most likely upside down today.
