TODAY'S RECIPE IS Honey Bread Recipe | Honey Bread Roll Recipe | Yummy
INGREDIENTS:
Lukewarm warm milk 2/3 cup
Sugar 3 tbsp
Yeast 1 & 1/2 tsp
All purpose flour 2 cup
Salt to taste
1 beaten egg (keep some egg mixture for later use)
Melted butter 3 tbsp
Knead for 7-10 mins
Smooth dough
Rub some butter
Cover
Rest for 40-60 mins
Divide the dough
Seal well
Brush honey
Brush leftover egg mixture
Sprinkle some sugar
Bake in a preheated oven at 180c for 30-40 mins
NOTE: 1 CUP = 250 ML
