I adore his comments about accidently offending people. He'll recognize your point, fix what wasn't an intentional offense but he's not going to apologize because we should be adults and discuss how something may offend someone without resorting to stupid cancel culture.
I've seen him live three times so far. The first two were before the Netflix specials and he's improved so much. He's worked hard for this and deserves the best!
I've been watching his stuff since he was 19 and it's awesome seeing him develop, because I honestly believe that in another 5 years he'll be known as one of the greats.
I love that he exists as a comedian. He doesn't take the easy way out, he's not a people pleaser, yet he refuses to be shocking for shocking's sake. I'm a massive comedy nerd, but there are so many male comedians I feel conflicted about, because they truly do not care to take into consideration what a female perspective on their material would look like. Daniel is just as out there, but he does the extra work. He's just a smart joke-writer.
I freaking love this guy. I'm not an atheist, but still would be awesome to be one of his friends. I'd be honored to know this fucking brilliant comedian.
I think he's almost right on the apology front. I don't think a person who wants an apology is necessarily wanting revenge, just acknowledgement that you hurt them. If you accidentally hit someone with your car, I don't think you would refuse to apologize just because you didn't intend to hit them. You would still apologize--and yes, recognizing that you did something wrong and promising to do better is the most important part... but you should still apologize that you caused someone pain. If you accidentally hurt someone and you say, "well, I see now that what I did was wrong, but I'm not sorry that I hurt you," that seems to be missing the mark a bit.
This is how I feel too, I just didn’t know how to articulate it. Changing your behavior and understanding how your words or actions hurt someone is absolutely great, and you probably shouldn’t have to feel really bad about accidentally hurting someone, but you still should acknowledge to them that you hurt them, which “I’m sorry” does well, though it is not enough alone.
I took a look at his schedule and HOLY SHIT he works his ass off. He hardly takes a day off and is bouncing all over Europe! You have to take a look. No wonder why he talks so damn fast. No USA listed though :( I love what he said about being alone. People do think it's strange or weird, that's OK though. just don't beat me for it. I love his confidence too. And his mouth, nose, ears, hair, body, those fuck'n EYES and LIPS, I haven't had a crush on a star since I was in my early 20's. DAMN! I just want a taste him. Him and Daniel Tosh......A SlossenTosh......And Mikkie B. I've gotta get out more :P
when one can say such a delirious sentence blaming someone else to why their partner has left them, you sort of already see why they left...''she didn't break up with you bc of me, she broke up with you bc of you!'' crazy & not very bright are desperate to tie down a partner, they know their chances of survival alone if they don't. it's more than a relationship, it's the only way of a survival, but then those ppl way too often than you'd like are sooo annoying to be with, you start assuming their death to leave. hard when one's character needs relationship for a survival but then it's what kills them.
No no. How to DO things with words (Austin). He proved that words can be treated like deeds. So it must be possible to be held accountable for one's words.
@@DePirre you can't wasn't recorded. He has been touring with it for the past two or three years but never filmed. X is now on HBO but I can't access it
@@caityg6568 that sucks! Cause I wanna know what it's all about. How strange to tape 2 out of 3 shows. I wonder why that is. I have it. And I've seen his X show last Saturday! It's been a while since I laughed so hard 😂 The man is a genius
@@caityg6568 I've found a video of a guy that said that it's coming later this year. Based on a show he did in Texas. He attended a show in NYC and said that Daniel was practicing for it. So fingers crossed 🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻
Liam No idea. I would probably guess no. Since X is dropping on HBO. Seems HBO is coming back to the stand up scene. Multiple new specials are coming to HBO from multiple comics so it’ll be interesting
I have been single for 98% of my life. Couples don't bother me at all and the best way to avoid people on Twatter, Dumblr or Instaspam bothering you is to stay away from these sites. That's easy, at least it is for me.

The best apology is changed behavior. Good on you, Sloss 👏🏻

I have the same idea but could never articulate as well as him. I want cancel culture cancelled. He is fantastic and I love how he makes people think.
Well, he is obviously an adult.
Daniel's comedy is spot on. Jigsaw was so powerful.

Does he talk to fans after the show ?
This is so cool , I'm happy for you 😍
Came here after watching "X"!! EVERYONE has to watch X - just blows you away - blows right through you!! So powerful - so needed in our time.

There's no "arguably" about it... Daniel Sloss is definitely attractive! I've had a crush on him for years 😆
Daniel's articulated explanation of not saying sorry / apologizing unnecessarily made me swoon for him. so perfect!
I freaking love this guy. I'm not an atheist, but still would be awesome to be one of his friends. I'd be honored to know this fucking brilliant comedian.
Great interview! I love his comedy so much, looking forward to seeing his show this weekend
“I’m a massive fan of heroin too” 😭
hey Daniel , you are awesome!!! thank you for saving my life
Bill Hicks as an early inspiration ... I knew I liked this guy for a reason (and, a big shoutout to his mum & dad too.)
I love Daniels comedy he is so clever and funny :D
Another special already? FUCK YEAH

OK, I feel I need a healthy dose of Jigsaw.
Watching this is like watching the cultural differences between Scotland and the US personified.
Part of his inspiration being Bill Hicks maks so much sense!
Daniel is so my people
Love the accent
Funniest guy ever right here hahaha
I wish the host's name was in the blurb above - I find this common as I don't follow the industry or celebrity culture
I suppose you could say his ex that he only tried out for 90 days is the root of all those breakups rather than him. lol
8:27 Oh he knooows.
Dbag lol
Bo Burnham is mad as fuck right now.

Next program by Sloss: How passive aggression can lead to a career.
There should be an all female Irish metal band named Heroin.

I thought part 3 was "X" instead of "NOW" ?
Part 3 is Now (sociopath) an older show. X is a newer show
@@caityg6568 didn't know that. Any idea where I can watch "Now"

Are either 'Now' or 'X' going to become Netflix specials?
