You’ve got a lot! I 100% agree with Feminist. I’ve been telling my inner circle since the video came out, but I didn’t wanna spread it around cuz I don’t think we’ll ever know 🤣
I saw from some other commenters that this retake is half the time of the half-time original -- i.e. halftime is about 4 minutes 20, and this one is 2 minutes 10. It sucks for us coz we want more, but I get the intention so that eases my frustration haha. Also Ren for _sure_ knew this was Pi Day. You having been such a diligent scholar of the Money Game ARG, you know he did this. And I love that you picked-up on the trail of breadcrumbs he's leaving us this year. The only part that strikes me as 'doesn't belong there' is the "bees knees" line - but my knowledge of music is too limited to know whether that's his hint for the next release. I'd love your input to see if you found it....
I loved your reaction and the background of the song. Just a hunch, Chinchilla dropped a Diamond song the day after Ren dropped this song with a diamond bar. Maybe his next song he drops will be with Chinchilla
He’s definitely already announced that they were working on a few songs, I don’t think there was an obvious clue because there’s only 3. But I’m excited to be proved wrong!
Yup I think he woulda known about Pi day- do you knw the Math channel number file or Mat parker? He is english and always does Pi day videos, so tho the date is backward for us we still are quite familiar with Pi day here- same with starwars day and a few others.
The word he blurred was a word used by Nas in the original, but one that he doesn't really want to be associated with using. In my opinion he should have just said "a Karen with no one to complain to" and he wouldn't have had to blur it.
I disagree. I don’t think he used that word, I don’t think it fits the rhyme scheme, I don’t think it fits the context, and I don’t think he’d ever say it even to prove a point.
@@RikaShaeClose enough in my book xD. I just thought the ending of the song was strange and felt very cut off. Which led to thought, maybe he did it on purpose? Would fit Rens attention to detail. I heard that part it’s cool he shouted out reactors but I consider myself a fan more than a reactor, I just started reacting right before MG3 came out, so I don’t take any credit in his atomic blow up

Thanks!
I want his sick boi jumper!
REN says rest in peace Mac then drops Mackey next 👍🏼
Great reaction 👍🏼🇬🇧
yep that was the clue, had no idea until way later, so dope
Big respekt for your work here
Awesome sauce
Missed you dude!
Love this Rika. Much love from the UK 🧡
Thank you so much!!
@@RikaShae you’re very welcome. Love your enthusiasm. Keep up the good work 💪
When he walks past the pawn shop there is a sighn that said humble. That could be the Easter egg
I wish but I don’t think so, I’m actually thinking that was it. There’s been a few different good spots that it could be a future retake, but I forget he loves to do things in 3s
Great reaction and loved how you started it off with a little extra info! Great job as always!
Glad you enjoyed!
He is now! I didn’t even put that together with the release of it on Pi day. Than the bars about Pi.
He got some dope schemes.
He really is!
REN’s retake is exactly half as long as the original. ‘Half time” The levels with Ren run deep!
Yep! Didn’t figure that out till after the reaction, so sick
Just the level of how he wrote a section of the lyrics for this song is insane
I’ve watched it at least 20 times. I catch something different every time kid is so nice man and when he says he’s a big whopping author like whopper, then he says recipes, big recipes Mac from the whopper to the big Mac pot and Pete wrapping on Nas while he still here may never reach that salute him at bars well I don’t wanna offend nobody but if you mix all his skill together, I think he’s already on his level if your doctor just wrap not yet, but is a master piano super guitar his voices amazing his choreography acting I mean I bet the shit we don’t even know yet you probably plays the cello Harp who the hell knows reminds me of Prince a little bit. I mean he’s gonna be so big worldwide. It’s crazy.
Yeah I know he is going to blow up and be a world wide phenom. Maybe just the right feature or right timing for something, although, if he never goes main stream I’d be just as happy.
I know a couple people don't fuck with this but they can just suck on it as if they're van gogh. Ooo that's nasty love it. Genius connections through out
I bet there’s a ton I missed too
@@RikaShae there was so much going on in such short time. Like you said never got bored. Left wanting more
I believe he said suck on it, zip it then go
Your right! That fits better than van gogh hahaha
@@Lotus.Lottie lol I spent like 40 minutes trying to figure out why he would have said van Gogh
great job artist
Thank you!
Respect 🪷 Great breakdown.
Thank you
1:03 ffs. You’re spot on.
😍
Just hearing the word sambuka sends shivers down my spine..... had some messy nights on that stuff 😂
Lmfao!
@@RikaShaeI'm actually surprised me and my mates are all still alive tbh 😂
I feel that for sure
I'm listening cause I'm a free man like Morgan!

Graffiti Art!
6:19 also, also I think it was the “maggot”
Word with a “F”
oldskool Hip Hop revival lets goooooooooooooooooooo
Nas is classic, love when he said he won’t ever be on his level but he’ll salute him with bars
im an oldskool DnB / Jungle head from the UK, the golden era for Jungle around 94 - 95, first started to listen to Hip Hop when Kurtis Blow / Slick Rick were going, loving Rens stuff, he is incredible@@RikaShae
He released this song in Canada peace out
What’s that mean?
References/Easter Eggs that I caught:😜
Tongue and cheek - love music part 2
Eeny, meeny, miny, moe - murderer (and more)
Supersize my fries - uninvited
Nuclear fuse - life is funny
Pie scheme - released on Pi day
Waviest - new wave jacket on The Hunger / kid wave
“I never sleep, 'cause sleep is the cousin of death” - from the track NY state of mind by NAS
Also, I believe the bleeped out line is:
'Cause rap without Ren is like a skull without a brain, dude
(Or like a feminist) with no one to complain to
Ren mentioned the bleep out was just a gag, it was added so he can seem like he's more "controversial" like the other rappers out there today. 🤣
Sadly I have not figured out anything definitive, but I’m leaning towards that was the last retake since he likes to do things in 3s
10:03 comment as I watch. Wow 😮 you get it. I’m at Pi day. You caught it
You are live reacting via comments I love it 🤣
I loved your reaction and the background of the song.
Not sure if anyone has mentioned it but this is exactly half the time of the NAS track.
Yeh he did. You know it😂
I don’t know why I was nervous for him, I think because of the backlash he could have got if it wasn’t super dope
I think i read him type that the next song will be a piano one. Prolly the one he filmed in front of the iceberg
Let’s go! Maybe this was the last retake in this batch, since he’s said before that he has an obsession with numbers and doing things in 3s
Yup I think he woulda known about Pi day- do you knw the Math channel number file or Mat parker? He is english and always does Pi day videos, so tho the date is backward for us we still are quite familiar with Pi day here- same with starwars day and a few others.
Thanks I wasn’t sure!
@@RikaShae it’s clearly a word that starts with f and ends in t and which he felt needed to be blurred. What else could be it be?
NAS Halftime is 4min, Ren Halftime is 2min. Coincidence? I think not.
Bruh that’s a bar in itself, very possible he did that shit on purpose, great catch! I’m gonna go look up the exact times now
Ah man it’s 4:19 and 2:14, so freaking close to exactly half time
@@RikaShaeClose enough in my book xD. I just thought the ending of the song was strange and felt very cut off. Which led to thought, maybe he did it on purpose? Would fit Rens attention to detail. Anyway great reaction. I loved how you included the two bits of interview at the start. I am all here for the learing
I bet Ren is waiting to see if that gets noticed..great catch!
@@RikaShae soooooo good man, respect REN and respect to you as well RikaShae 🙏
Great reaction brother ❤
Big up!
BTW: this is exactly half the length of the original 😂😂😂❤
Yeah something I missed the first time
9:53 it’s an American thing as you say 😂 but Ren knows his history haha. And he released this on PI day😂
The length of this is half-time of the Nas original
Close enough for me!
Ren is a very clever boy with hidden stuff like that.
He also dropped it on PI day to go with the lyrics lol
11:05 supersize me , and ion super size me and I’ll super size my order. It’s a shout out to you reactor’s. Play it again x
I heard that part it’s cool he shouted out reactors but I consider myself a fan more than a reactor, I just started reacting right before MG3 came out, so I don’t take any credit in his atomic blow up
Loved your presentation ❤ .i think the word he sort bleeped out is Freak. I have my own theories why . Thanks for another great one !
I'll rebuttal Freak with the same i've done every other theory, the scheme he said Rap with out Ren is like: skull with out a brain, hockey without ice, snakes and ladders without dice, china without rice, so to figure out the censored word, he said Bleep without having someone to complain to. so Who or what needs "someone to complain to" to exist or work?
@@RikaShae ok .........ok .
Frecking Karen fits with the complying line
It does, but 4 syllables does not, also, who would mind if he said anything about Karen’s? Pretty much universally annoying 🤣
I'd love hear Eminems take on Ren
He’s getting there for sure where he will be on Em’s Radar
