- Today I am making a cheesy chicken spaghetti that utilizes ingredients right from the pantry. This is a great recipe idea to feed a family. This is week two of self quarantine cooking and what is on the menu today.

INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 lbs (680 g) seasoned cooked chicken (chopped or shredded)
1 lb (454 g) spaghetti pasta
2 Tbsp (28 g) unsalted butter
8 oz (227 g) American processed cheese
8 oz (227 g) cream cheese
10.5 oz (298 g) can condensed cream of chicken (or mushroom)
10 oz (283 g) can Rotel (chopped tomatoes and green chiles)
1 small onion (115 g) (diced)
1 small bell pepper (130 g) (diced)
1 celery rib (50 g) (diced)
8 fl oz (237 ml) reserved pasta water
8 oz (227 g) cheddar cheese (shredded)

It's so crazy how we're all going to look back on all of these videos on this platform one day and remember the horror, yet solidarity, we went through. I can't get over how we've never experienced an event where every single person in the entire world is going through the exact same thing at the exact same time.. this looks amazing and I will probably be making tomorrow

This is dinner for me tonight I can't eat beef goat lamb what they say anything that has four legs LOL I was bit by a tick and due to that happening have become allegic to meat. So now my dieat consist of Chicken, Turkey or Seafood. I am not complaining cause I love love anything with chicken in it. I have been stalking your post looking for any recipes with chicken, I find that I love your recipes the most, your explanation is so simple and easy to follow along. This reminds me of a Mexican Spaghetti my neighbor made me. It didn't have anything but cream cheese, sour cream, and a sauce she made out of tomatoes. It was so simple yet delicious! I have to try this!💜👍

In the midst of our food shortage occurring for all of us it’s been hard to find chicken. I made this similar recipe using two canned chickens from the Family Dollar Store (the kind that’s by the canned tuna), x2 cans of cream of chicken, a pound of spaghetti and a can of Rotel and from the house some onion and 1/12 cups of Mexican cheese!! Yummy!!!
The instant pot would be great for this
When we lived in east Texas our neighbor would prepare her chicken spaghetti like this but she added black olives to it.
