Nice little spread you’ve got there. Technology is advancing so fast. Look forward to seeing your repo adventures this winter and the tracks prevent the slipping and loss of traction youn often have trouble with when trying to pull a building out. Cool clip.
Little boys & their toys. Just look at this mule as an insurance policy. It will make what you do by yourself so much safer. Work smarter, not harder. 🌻🌻🌻🇺🇲🇺🇲🇺🇲
The track frame float setting sounds really good. That’s the sort of little thing that could wreck the front of the shed of the whole machine was leaning on it.
Nice new toy! I was just watching a video if a guy ,doing a she'd repo with the tired version. Interesting design! I am a prospector, and this would come in handy! I used to install residential fences, and would make a great fence post auger, with all the tilt it has! Just curious to know what your new tracked mule costs? Have fun,but watch it,ppl have become very angry over the last 40 yrs!
Man equipment these days is very expensive. The commercial log splitter I want for my firewood business is 23,500. Now it is a beast at 37 ton, 4.5 second cycle time of the push arm, can use a wide range of splitting wedges and has a built on conveyor to load dump trucks and pile wood 10ft high. I wish equipment for us small businesses was much cheaper but it is what it is.
@@heathenfirewoodservice2021 equipment overall has become ludicrously priced. Seems everything goes up, but the returns/profits. This past year i had the buy a 75HP tractor and shredder. Figured id go with AC cab this time and a front loader. All brands start at $50k alone and go up with options. I had to settle with a cheaper india brand Mahindra. Luckily. The tractor is the largest of the line for its size to competition. Just said Domestic brands price higher ontop of the overall cost of equipment. Same components overall. Now goosenecks are going up. I custom ordered mine setting me back $15k. Now the same model is going for $20k.
@@brandoncaldwell95 man I know. I was looking at dump trailers awhile back and the one I really wanted was the medium duty 10k by diamond c and they wanted 8,500 or so for it. I settled on a cam super line 10k low pro trailer. I’m hauling with an F150 so I couldn’t go to big. But I’m pretty settled on what splitter I’m getting when I’m able to, the Eastonmade 22-28 with a 4,6,8 way wedge and a box wedge with an attached 16ft conveyor which will run about 24,000. It’s a beast.
Even with the trade in or sale of the old mule, that's a pretty substantial investment in your business, but it should make doing your work easier and safer.
Looks nice and with the state of art machine can't wait to see you in action do you have a question? How are you going to deal with the tight turns with the sheds in someone's yard with nice landscaping? tracks have a tendency to chew
Love watching your videos I’m getting the 12 x 24 I watch your stuff just to see how they’re gonna put it in here because in Florida they build up the yards real high with hills
An interesting machine and handy, but man oh man I'll bet its super expensive to maintain!!!!!! and its so compact it must be a nightmare to work on with a LOT of time to replace a part thats hard or near impossible to get to!! Case in point is a Nissan Rogue, Starter goes bad, it is placed between engine block on one side and Trany on the other!! Cost to replace in labor 2000.00 minimum !!!!! for a part that cost 190 to 200 dollars!!
@@williamboyle8918 That $eems awfully Cheap , considering the amount of the cost of equipment necessary to do you job ! I'd have thought $400 to $500 minimum ! What about Set up cost for a 16 x 30 ? Surely , it must BE significantly higher that a basic repo !?
I have to say that it is amusing listening to you pronounce "mule" and "cardinal". I am British so know how it should be said after all it is my language. lol.
Keith Suarez on TikTok has one of them and it makes the job effortless. One question though, what is the 2 little wheels on the pole for? (Sticking up next to the control station) Seen them on a few mules in shed moving videos but never actually seen them used for anything.
I’d be careful with those aluminum dollly wheels I’ve got a set of them and the break really easy on big buildings and they bend when you turn big buildings real sharp but other than that they are definitely lighter
You have to admire the people that design those machines.

Man Wall-E be hittin' the gym!
That is a great machine. Looking forward to seeing it in the next SHED HAPPENS.
Thanks for showing this. The Mule has a LOT of functions that I didn't realize! Good luck to the both of you!

Trac mule that thing is worth it's weight in gold. You couldn't do what you do without a mule.

Like a kid with a new toy lol Grats man you deserve it!!
Oh wow that thing is awesome can't wait to see that machine in action
About time the old one seen better days. The tracks will be better for some of those off the beaten path recovery and deliveries you find yourself in.
Awesome. They make 6x6 dollies with a 4x4 spacer for them big jobs.
Finally got tracks- wondered when you would get a upgrade!
Found one! Awesome machine!!
Now just mount some led lights and an ak and tow the world!! Great vids😊

Nice machine. You’ll be walkin 10 feet tall next week
Put a plow on it and you can either plow snow or a field. Nice toy !!!
And in the winter, you can put a plow on it and clear your driveway from your living room...🤣
Wonderful.
Congratulations with your new toy
Fantastic Machine.
Nice! You won't get stuck with the tracs.
Goes pretty fast too.
Yea it goes twice as fast as the old one.
$35,000 "tractor". Holy cow that thing is expensive and its not including taxes! 😳
Congratulations on it.

I recall one a few mths back was tougher then snott for the snow to deal with.
Try this out .

That will make your job easier! Now you need a big mean looking dog to keep the crazies away while you work! 😂

I am guessing, if they did not make the payments, landscaping is the least of their worries.
Bet that coast more then a dollar and a half nice looking machine
Sweet Machine. Just wish I had a small shed to move! :)
Tracks is the way to go
Awsome
Congratulations ❗ 👏 That's the one I suggested for you!
That's awesome 👌
Nice machine
That is to cool!!
i move manufacturers house, & use to using a mule to move it on the peson land.
Congratulations for the new shed mover! What are you going to do with the old shed mover?
Those rears wheels won't attach themselves...but give em time. They'll make that RC too...
With driverless trucks in development, won't be long before he can sit at home in his Jason Recliner repo'ing sheds all day.

Could you make fork extensions and move pallets with it?
When are you getting the 737t? 10,000lbs nice.

New sub here! That thing is sweet as hell! I want one to just drive around the yard! How much did this one cost?
25-35 grand
More like 49k I just bought one

I seen one of your other vids where you repossessed a big shed. How much do you charge to repo a shed? Just curious!
$ 316, 204 Dollars

They go on the other end of whatever is being moved if needed.
That’s a handyman Jack to lift building
Way to invest and re-invest in yourself. This is how you build the American Dream ladies and gents. Fortune favors the bold....
So when will we see the mule repo guys come for the mule haha
Just a cool 40k
Can I ask where you are located ? I have a 10 X 20 that I am going to need moved on my property.
I’d be careful with those aluminum dollly wheels I’ve got a set of them and the break really easy on big buildings and they bend when you turn big buildings real sharp but other than that they are definitely lighter
I heard they are weak but I do like how light they are, hopefully they will hold up.
What camera do you use that clips on your person?
Gopro 8 black
Glad you’re not coming to my house!
Nice, did you have to change the carriage or does it ride on the mule 4 carriage? Yeah I know all about the flipping over!
It fits in the 4 carriage, its only the 5000 lb lift not 10,000 lb.
I only flipped the old one once lol..
What’s the average cost to pickup and move a shed.
a boy and his toys lol
There will be no repo sheds left behind now!
If I was to see that thing coming after my shed there is no way I would come outside

So, what is the ballpark price of a machine like that ? 👍👍👀
$35,000 ish
You must reposes a lot of sheds for a $31,000 price tag…
