Ngl Buu Saga Goku arguably is Multi-galaxy level with better skill, hax, infinite speed, etc. Doubt Saitama is beating that, only being Solar System and MFTL.

The problem is that even if Goku is stronger Saitama is just going to keep getting stronger and stronger until he's exceeded goku. Garou quite literally spent most of their fight having to re-copy Saitamas maximum power because Saitama just kept getting stronger and stronger.
Saitama can't do that in a normal situation, for him to have that growing ability Goku would have to kill Genos and/or other humans and heroes in the OPM, something Goku would never do in character, therefore, in normal circunstancies Saitama will not even be able to have that capability.

There is absolutely no way of telling galaxies from that distance and you may claim that they destroyed everything to the end of the universe but you will have to prove that not to mention we are not even able to see every stars in one direction.
