Bollywood romantic films started falling down when Yash Chopra left this world...When he created films on love and romance, I think every person in that old era could feel his movies, the way he portrayed every character, whether it would be men or a women was magical. Well, I think these movie should be filmed again but not with current artists...they cannot continue the legacy of amit ji and srk...we need fresh talented actors who can promote the real beauty of love and romance...all the films shouldn't be shoot in cities but in nature...and a perfect zone of old bollywood songs...the feeling would be different...loved your video...full support🎀💗

No, in the 90s, all govinda had some kind of lesson of life, and there were movies about how political and rich people control everything, so the they con become more richer and poor people stay poor

Life is not just about romance. Bollywood should glorify real aspect of life like respect each other, deals with problems with patience and should responsible regard each other. Bollywood just glorify the things those are really don't matter in our life. We should work on ourselves to control our emotions. We can't love someone for just their look. Because after certain period of time we can't feel the same. The real thing is character that matters a lot.

There's a saying, Ignorance is Bliss. The bliss of romance comes from ignorance of what romantic attraction is. Now we know love is just a biological desire that has a lot of substitutes. The modern society has moved on from romantic life and so have the movies. It's normal to feel nostalgia for what was, but you won't accept it if that past becomes your present.

12:34 In that time SRK was the superstar. And he potrayed characters like a man with pur innocence, romantic, loveable, and loyal. And because of that girl loved him. And that's why boys also followed his characters. Because girls loved it. Return to this generation today's Superstar is Ranbir Kapoor because of Animal movie's character who is masculine, valuable, alpha type. And today's boys follow him because this generation's girls loved it 🤷. So you can feel the difference of past love and today's love.

13:46We struggle to express love because it requires vulnerability, which can lead to pain. In today's world, we can't be sure if the person we love feels the same way or if they might leave us feeling broken and betrayed, or if we were just a temporary distraction. This uncertainty makes it increasingly difficult for individuals to express love.

Absolutely amazing video. I totally believe that feminism and so called cultural awareness ruined the ‘IDEAL, INNOCENT AND PURE LOVE WHERE YOU WORSHIP THE OTHER PERSON.’ Let’s take sitaramam for an example. If this movie came out of Bollywood I am sure some critics would be there to say that Sita’s character should have moved on and enjoyed her life because why should one partner experience a hopeless commitment (especially if that partner is a woman) but that is the beauty of the movie.. Sita and Ram’ s commitment. I also agree with you when you said, “are we incapable of doing an ideal love now”.

After 60s and mid 70s era hindi cinema came back again in starting of 90s with Romantic cinema with Maine pyar kiya and qayamat se qayamat tk supersucess. Was running in romance till Rab ne bana di jodi. After that period romance just means livin relationship, confusiing teenageer affairs with multiple partner sex and hotness only which ruined pure romantic image created by mpk, dil, sajan, HAHK,ddlj and kuch kuch hota hai.. So now indian public don't want to see bollywood romance they prefer south Action movies more 😎

I have written a love story script which can be called as a rip off of 2 States(which is not), it is a complex character's story, but hope so it can make it like a beautiful film but also suits the generation of mine after I become a filmmaker, maybe 2020s latter half and 2030s. ❤🤞

It’s because as time went by people began to want more movies like action, comedy, sci-if etc. No one really likes romance like they used to. So Bollywood needs to make movies that will actually earn something. I agree I liked the 90’s and 2000’s romances a lot better but I also like to watch other genres. So this is why. But your video makes a lot of sense I am disappointed that there are no more movies. When I watched “Kal Ho Naa Ho” I told my friend that Bollywood doesn’t make movies like these anymore… and it’s true that age is over 😢😢😢

Firstly to understand this we will know how people's taste in movies in each and every decade changed
1950s Movies about Social Issues (Mother India ,Do Bigha Jameen are the primary examples )
1960s Romantic Movies started dominating and this started with K Asif's Dilip Kumar and Madhubala starrer Mughal -E- Azam and other movies like Guide
1970s to Late 1980s Years For Action movies like Sholay Deewar Zanjeer were ruling the Box Office and Yash Chopra's films like Silsila was struggling at the Box Office Everything was going good but A movie came as an unknown force and shook the Box Office and decided the future of this Film Industry and that movie was Qayamat Se Qayamat Tak ( Debut Film of Aamir and Juhi as lead actors) This movie started paving the way for 90s Bollywood and 2 more movies after it Chandni and Maine Pyaar Kiya solidified that way and Aashiqui became that movie that marked the beginning of 90s Bollywood and This Trend was at its peak when Movies like Hum Aapke Hai Kaun DDLJ and Rangeela came but gradually this trend started losing its charm but it was still popular and lasted till 2010 and these kind movies were being accompanied by Comedy movies of Govinda in 90s and Akshay in 2000s after that in 2010 we again entered in that decade in which movies were made about Social issues (quite equivalent to 1950s) and this decade is equivalent to 1970s and Early 1980s So It might be possible Bollywood will be back with romantic movies after 20 years as we have seen people's taste in movies is cyclic
