Don't we need a rj45 cable goin between the lan port of main router and wan/lan port of the new extender router ? Is this cable required or not ? Pls reply
Brother this is very simple process. However, it is all good till last pop up of accessing. After clicking ok, takes 30 secs then shows me a link and writes " click this link to make further configuration. Once I click that, my router wifi is not detectable/ cannot be logged in. What could be the problem?

Please show if the root ap / parents router recognizes the extender as a Client or not.
Show us connected client page in the parent router's gateway.
