Australia's Largest Waterhole and Mouth Watering Camp Oven Brisket

G'day G'day,
A shorter video this week wrapping up our tour of Innamincka with Glenn and Caz. Managed to steal a boat and get out on Cullyamurra Waterhole for a few hours. followed by an afternoon cook up on the fire. Glenno getting some bread rolls going again and I needed to make some room in the fridge so out came what was the best tasting brisket I've done to date. Innamincka is a truely amazing place with plenty to see and do. You could easily spend a week. Anyway... Enjoy and thanks for watching.

Best one I've done mate.
Will be trying some new feeds next. Done a few Brisket now. Only thing different with this one, I let it sit in the broth overnight.

Hahaha....Mate I reckon that was the best tasting one I've done. The only thing I did differently was let it sit in the camp oven broth and marinade since the night before I cooked it
