BEST Brisket in a CAMP OVEN over the coals. Fool proof!!

Camp oven cooking doesn't have to be difficult, this brisket is proof.
Brisket was about 1.5kg, put on at around 10pm and taken off at 7am.
Camp oven wasn't pre-heated.
